TS1500 on windows 7 step 5 i can't see my device.what should I do to show my device?
I have problem to import photo to pc.
I usualy Connect my iOS device to my computer. then the AutoPlay window appears, I click "Import Pictures and Videos using Windows,or Start > Computer.>Right-click the logo for your device and click "Import pictures and video.but I can't do that any more & there is no device icon to click?! please help me.

If the device is not showing up in windows it will not be seen in iTunes, follow this article.

2. Check the USB cable
3. Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed
4. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service
5. Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed

Quit Mail. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data. That means you know you can restore the Mail database, no matter what happens.
Triple-click the line below on this page to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C). In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar. Paste into the box that opens (command-V), then press return.
A Finder window will open with a file selected. Move the selected file to the Desktop, leaving the window open. Other files in the folder may have names that begin with "Envelope Index". Move those files, if any, to the Trash.
Log out and log back in. Relaunch Mail. It should prompt you to re-import your messages. You may get a warning that the index is corrupt and that Mail has to quit. Click OK.
Test. If Mail now works as expected, you can delete the file you moved to the Desktop. Otherwise, post your results. -

To do this, it is simple! Restart your phone. Press and hold the power button and the home button for approximately 15 seconds. Your screen will turn black. Then the silver apple sign will appear. Hope this helps!

I can't see my device in itunes, AMDS keeps crashing.....
After initialling downloading my music library to itouch I can no longer update it, can't see the device in itunes and AMDS keeps crashing each time I start it.
I'm on Windows XP....please help..Same thing is happening to me, before it wouldnt regognize it at all, it would sync but it would say on my iPhone "this device cannot be charged" and now it wont come up at all.
But it does work on my laptop, can sync on iTunes and chrages it fine, the problem is my computer -

I can't see my devices on itunes
I can't see my devices in itunes. The device icon appears during initial plug in, then dissappears. I hate itunes it ***** up time and engery to do the simplest thing. The device icon should always be present indicating wether or not a device is connected.
This fix has been tested in Windows 8.1 using iTunes 11.3.0.54
Plug in your Apple Device via the USB port on your computer
Open Device Manager
Navigate to Portable Devices in the list of devices listed
Right click on your Apple Device
Select Update Driver Software
Select Browse My Computer for Driver Software
In this Window navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers
Once you have selected the Drivers folder ensure “Include Subfolders” is selected and click “Next”
This should then solve your problem, the device should then reconnect to Windows and the Device should appear in iTunes. -

Hello, sounds like you haven't switched to iCloud yet, the old dot Mac & MobileMe servers are going away or gone for most already.
Do not delete the old account yet. sign up for an iCloud account if you haven't.
I understand .mac mail will still come through. Do not delete the old account yet.
You cannot use .mac or MobileMe as type of Account, you have to choose IMAP when setting up, otherwise Mail is hard coded to change imap.mail.me.com to mail.me.com & smtp.mail.me.com to smtp.me.com, no matter what you try to enter.
iCloud Mail setup, do not choose .mac or MobileMe as type, but choose IMAP...
On second step where it asks "Description", it has to be a unique name, but you can still use your email address.
IMAP (Incoming Mail Server) information:
• Server name: imap.mail.me.com
• SSL Required: Yes
• Port: 993
• Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
• Password: Your iCloud password
SMTP (outgoing mail server) information:
• Server name: smtp.mail.me.com
• SSL Required: Yes
• Port: 587
• SMTP Authentication Required: Yes
• Username: [email protected] (use your @me.com address from your iCloud account)
• Password: Your iCloud password
Also, you must upgrade your password to meet the new criteria: 8 characters, including upper and lower case and numbers. If you have an older password that does not meet these criteria, when you try to setup mail on your mac, using all of the IMAP criteria listed above, it will still give a server error message. Go to http://appleid.apple.com then follow directions to change your password, then go back to setting up your mail using the IMAP instructions above.

Can not see the device net Master Interface in my project.
Can not see the device net Master Interface in my existing project. Need to Modify exististing code. Can not recomiple and create exe file after making changes. Error says the vi's are broken. Tried re-installing industrial communications for device net but get an error saying a newer version is already installed. Do I need to plug my computer into the device net scanner to fix this?
Assume the installation disk is an OS X disk? If it's the original one that came with the system (grey-colored disk versus black retail disk) have you tried to hold the alt key down when you boot? This would allow you to choose the Apple hardware test. If you can do this, choose the Apple hardware test, click the arrow to the right, and when prompted choose the extended test. Does that give you any errors or messages about a hardware problem?
Are you able to hold the C key down when you reboot, to boot off the installation disk? -
