TS1544 Resetting default keychain trashed all other keychains. How can I get these back?
Over time I had created several keychains. One of them which I used for almost all my passwords started acting strange (not letting me enter more data in to it). So, I reset the keychain in the Keychain Preferences. This had the consequence of trashing all my other keychains. I tried retrieving them through Time Machine, but TM simply retrieved the default keychain.
Are thouse keychains lost forever?

Each keychain corresponds to a file, such as my_other_keychain.keychain. The files would normally be in ~/Library/Keychains, but you can put the file any where. Are they still there? If not, are those files backed up in Time Machine? You just need to find those files. Then go into Keychain Access and select File > Add Keychain…. Navigate to each keychain file you want, and "add" it.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off" -

What do you mean " back up my photos or Apps"?
The photo sync is one way - computer to ipad.
You can transfer itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -

This was the scenario:
The first time I updated, it was only my music that was lost.
When I got my music back, I lost my apps.
When I got my apps back, my contacts, notes and photos were lost.
Now I got back everything except for my photos.
(Yes, I restored from backup several times since the first update.)
Do you think if I try restoring from back up, my photos that were taken from my ipod will be restored finally?

You want to "Duplicate" the form in order to retain all of the Show/Hide logic. If you "copy" the form by copying and pasting all of the fields from within a form that does not retain the Show/Hide logic.
To Duplicate a form close the form and select it in the "My Forms" tab, you can either choose "Duplicate" from the context menu or click the button on the toolbar along the top:

you are responsible for reinstalling any apps. It is not Apples responsibility as outline the the service agreement. Do you have the product key?

Thanks, but I checked iCloud and it has none of them.
If it backed up to my laptop, that died and I just got the new computer. The one that's crashed won't even boot, so there's no way to even tell if it was syncing the contacts along with all the phone photos. Literally happened at the same time - it was because I had the new computer that I was finally able to pull the photos off the phone and make room for the upgrade. It had refused to upgrade for lack of space for some time.
I had thought it was set to sync to iCloud but it vanished from BOTH my phone and the cloud. That's why I'm so angry about it. -

Win 7 task bar has a Fire Fox Icon. Before installing FF 4.0 I could right click on the Icon and it would show short cuts to various sights, which when clicked on would open that sight in FF.
