Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.
If you've gone through ALL the troubleshooting steps and you're still having the problem, then you most likely have a hardware issue and will need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation.

The SMS links thing is highly annoying. You don't have to copy/paste however. You should see an icon like this: (>) to the right of the text bubble with the link. Tap on that, the in the screen that opens, tap "Visit".
Alternatively, you can tap twice directly on the link, then hold your finger down after the second tap.
Still unnecessarily difficult, but not as bad as copy/paste.
What I don't get is why can't I find any mention of this change or how to fix it (if even possible) elsewhere online? -
Since updating my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.1 I'm having compatibility issues with my speakers / docking station and my iTunes wifi sync isn't working. Anyone else having the same problems? Both worked fine until the update...
Okay. I got it working again by setting it up as a new phone instead of just syncing. Then I backed up. All is good today.

I am having problems with the Ipad accepting my password in the secure mode in Wifi. I can get into wifi when the secure mode is off. This only started when I downloaded the lastest update for the Ipad. Anyone else having the same problems? I have rebooted the Rotar and still doesn't work.

Which secure mode are you using with your wireless network - WEP or WPA?
Have you tried forgetting this network on your iPad, and/or resetting network settings on your iPad? Both will require rejoining the network and the latter will require rejoining every wi-fi network your iPad has access to when returning within range of the network. -

I upgraded to iOS 7 the other day and everything worked fine. Today I noticed I can no longer open the iTunes app on my phone. I used it yesterday to download a few songs and today it gives me a white screen with menu tabs on the bottom that also do not open. I have tried every suggestion and read all the official apple support items and none of it works. Anyone else have this problem or have it fixed after you had the same problem?
I have exactly the same problem. I too have tried everything that's been suggested, but still not working. Don't really what to do next? I have an iPhone 4S.

I recently updated my software on my iphone 4 to the iOS 5 and ever since i have had no service. I have been on the phone constantly with at&t tech support and apple. Tech support cannot figure it out and said they think my problem has everything to do with the new software. Apple is saying it has nothing to do with the new software that it is probably something to do with my phone itself but i was not having this problem until i updated the new software. Is anyone else having this same issue and if so any ideas on how to fix it?
Yeah, it´s happening in normal 3g coverage area, in fact, i used the 3g to download the iOS but after installing it, the phone doesn't get the 3g anymore.
I tryed the reboot pocess, but it didn't fix it
I haven't tryed the restore to factory settings process,
Is there a way to downgrade to iOS 5.1 again?

Try doing a hard reset on the device... Press and hold the Power button and then press and hold the Home button until the Apple logo shows, then release. See if it helps.
If not, try to backup the device and erase and setup as new.

My macbook pro will not charge. Anyone else having the same problem?
I have it plugged in, but the light will not come on. I have wiggled and jiggled. Plugged and unplugged. Nothing.
My power adapter also misbehaves intermittently (not showing a Light). Check on the menu bar to see what the battery is doing. If it is not displayed, go to SYSYEM PREFERENCES>ENERGY SAVER>BATTERY and click on 'Show battery status in the menu bar'.
If your MBP is still under warranty you may be entitled to a replacement. If not, and the MBP is being charged I would not worry about it. If the battery is not being charged, try another power adapter (at the Apple Store) then you will either have to get a new adapter or have the MBP serviced.

After downloading iTones 10.5.1, the artwork matchs the song that is playing on my iMac but the artwork does not sync properly on my Apple TV. The artwork lags one cover behind. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem.
I think it is just a bug, but it in very frustrating. I was using just now for about an hour and suddenly the correct artwork appeared for what was playing....but then all went wrong again!!
Apple, please, please issue a patch for this. It surely cannot be too complicated to correct. -
Since I downloaded IOS8, my iphone will not sync with itunes on my MacBook, which means I'm also having difficulty doing a simple manual backup of my ios device to my MacBook. The fact that my MacBook has a 32 bit processor and runs on OS X Version 10.6.8 (as good as it gets), is, apparently, the root of the problem since I've never had this problem with previous ios versions. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem and what is Apple doing about it?
I have the same issue, except I am running an i5 iMac (64-bit) with 10.10.1 installed. I can't tell if it is an iOS issue or an iTunes 12 issue. It started happening to me when I got the iPhone 6 AND upgraded to iTunes 12. It wouldn't connect my iPhone nor my iPad 2 (running older iOS). I had to install a fresh version of iTunes and it "sort of" helped. It will see the devices now, but then it forgets and I have to reboot occasionally for them to be seen again.
This is a big problem and seems to be pretty wide spread. -
I have updated my Apple TV to 5.1. Using the Remote app on my IPhone and iPad I can browse the music library on the Apple TV but I cannot select a song to play. Has someone else the same problem?
MatsI think I found the reason. On my iMac that is hosting the music library a song already was playing. This seems to block out me from selecting another song though my Apple TV.

I went to switch on my macbook pro this morning, would not switch on could hear fan in background battery 96% but would not turn on, disconnected power supply twice the plugged back in and worked. Has anyone else has this problem. Only had the computer since April 11. Anyone got any similar problems?
AndreaBasic warranty is one year. You can extend the warranty an additional two years when you purchase AppleCare. Don't you read your User Guide? Didn't they explain that when you bought the MBP?
