TS1646 Billing Issues in Apps Store

I'm trying to download my apps on my iPad from my iPhone and I keep getting the error message about "billing issues" when I get there it refers to my security code on my credit card, I keep trying to correct it and it won't accept it. Then it says that the "Credit Card Processors" are down. I've tried everything as far as going thru iTunes to correct it, logging in and out of my apple id and calling support. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I've been trying to solve this problem for a week

Are there known issues with App Store crashing when trying to update apps on iPad 2 with ios6?

    Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it!   It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year. Then see if you can connect to the store.

  • OS X Mavericks Issue with App Store.

I am using Macbook Pro 17" (late 2011 model). Recently I installed OS X mavericks from App Store. After a month of using I am facing a weird issue. App store, terminal, text edit, ibooks, Maps don't open at all. What shall I do? Fresh Installation?
I dont mind a fresh installation. But thats a 5.6 gigs Installation. Thats not free!

Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
Download and reinstall the 10.10.1 update.

  • Payment issue in App Store

    Hi
I bought an app from App Store and my credit card transaction was authenticated and processed before app download. I saw the transaction in my credit card account. After few days now whenever I logging to App Store to update any existing app or download a new app it gives me a message that there was some issue in my last transaction and asks for my credit card details. This stops me from updating or downloading any other app.  I don't want to pay twice for same app. Can some one help me that what should I do to get rid of that error msg.

  • Anyone else having issues with app store reviews not showing up?

I have maybe about a 50% success rate in posting reviews. The conspiracy theorist in me notices that I have never had a positive review not post, and that negative reviews for apps in the 'featured app' sections seem to never post.
    Anyone? Anyone?

  • Issues with App Store and signing in

I have the iPhone 4 and just recently it started doing "funny" things.
I have several updates available through my app store but when I go in to update them it gives me the error "Cannon connect to iTunes store". I also cannot download any apps through my phone. When I try to, it asks for my password but I can't put it in before the pop up disappears. Then my phone won't let me do anything.
I have restarted and even restored my phone, but I'm still having issues. I read on another post to log out of Itunes and log back in. Well, I logged out but I cannot log back in. When I click sign in, via settings or through app store, the pop up comes up asking for my apple id and password. Again, I can only get 2-3 characters in before the pop up disappears.
Can ANYONE help me? I've been searching through forums for about 3 hours now and I haven't found anything helpful!
    Thank You!!!!!

    Peter ...
I can view Featured and Charts on my iPhone running iOS 6.
Since this is happening on both your iPad and iPhone, first try resetting.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
    Then restart the devices.
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
Then try the iTunes and App Stores.

  • Mountain Lion issues (Browsers & App Store)

    Hi All,
I have some issues with Mountain Lion I could use some help with. I have the issues outlined below.
    Browsers:
After installing Mountain Lion, I have noticed some issues with sites being displayed. I have 2 accounts on the macbook, one is an admin, the other has parental controls enabled. I have noticed that at least 1 website (youtube) is not displaying in any browsers (Safari, FireFox, or Chrome) using the account with parental controls. The admin account does not have this issue as the site displays fine. I have no 3rd party extensions running and nothing like APE or FruitMenu. I've done the following to troubleshoot to no avail:
cleared all cache (from the development menu)
    reset safari
    deleted safair plists
    cleared dns cache
    tried different dns IP
    App Store:
With the account with parental controls enabled, I can't log into the app store. Nothing happens when clicking "sign in" from the menu. Most of the time, I get the "can't connect to the app store" error but when it does connect, the "sign in" on the right side menu is grayed out. The admin account App Store works just fine. I have run the following to troubleshoot to no avail:
    killall storeagent
    removed appstore plists
With both issues, I have tried disabling the parental controls and that doesn't work either. It has to do with the account itself and I just can't figure out what it is. See screenshot of browser issue below, in all 3 browsers, google came up fine but youtube doesn't. One last bit of info, it's only the youtube homepage that has issues. I can get to youtube videos from a google search.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
    Thanks for taking a look!

  • IPAD issue with app store loading..

    Hi All,
I have very strange issue of using app store in my new Ipad. In my home network if I connects to app store it shows "loading..." and after few minutes it says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" (But Safari web browser works fine and able to connect to any website. Using my laptop itunes, I am able to connect to itunes store.) The same problem is encountering in my Ipod Touch(IOS 6) also. But If I use any of these apple devices in any other network outside my home network(even with my neighbor's network who uses same service provider as me) it works very well. I use Beetel ADSL2+router(450TC1). Even I connected a new WiFi router to this modem and tried, but no luck. So guessing it has nothing to do with WiFi router. I am trying this for the past few weeks. Can anybody help to find out the issue?. I suspect it could be some issue with modem, because it works in all other networks..

  • Identify user who bought an issue via App store

When I publish an issue and someone subscribes to my magazine via App store or Play store, is there any way I can then identify that user using some transaction ID or something similar?
Ideally such user would identify himself on a website, where we would issue a promotion code for him, which could be used for subscription in Play store or App store respectively.
Basically I'm talking about a functionality that for instance Mag+ offers via its Subscription API. Is something like this possible with DPS?

You can collect this type of data as part of the in-app subscription process as well as from within a custom storefront (Enterprise only) or the folios themselves via an Information Screen that uses APIs. For details, see http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/digitalpublishingsuite/pdfs/driving-dps-r eadership.pdf.

  • Update 9.4.3 issues with app store

So I have updated to the new 9.4.3 iPhoto 4 times since it's release, and every day the app store tells me that I need to update iPhoto 9.4.3 to iPhoto 9.4.3.  Is there a reason why app store keeps telling me I have  new update available even though I have already installed the update many times?
    Thanks.

  • Changing billing info in app store

i want to switch my region but when i try to do that they still ask me for the bank card from old region and doesn't accept the new one in the region I'm at.
I think they havent billed me for some app yet and i might owe something but i want to use the new bank card from the region im at now and switch to that region - what should i do?

If you have an outstanding bill with Apple in the UK store, you will need to take care of the bill with a payment method usable in the UK store, either a credit card from a UK bank with a UK billing address or a UK iTunes gift card. Until you have done that, you will not be able to change your account information to any other country/region.

  • Problems with billing info in app store after updating my iphone 4s

  • Sharing iPad issues with app store

My daughter and I share an iPad. Each time I try to install an app her account id appears and won't allow me to sign in. Please tell me how to avoid the preset id from appearing.

    There is no "preset" ID.
The ID is whichever ID is signed into the store.
Settings > Store, tap the ID, then Sign out and Sign in with the account you want.

  • App store billing issue (prob not the right place for this but i couldn't find a better one)

I have been using the same card for my itunes account for as long as i have had an itunes account and a personal credit card, all of a sudden about a week or so ago while trying to update some applications on my iphone it asked me to sign in and confirm my billing information, from that day on it has refused to recognise the security code for my credit card or any other credit card for that matter, has anyone else had a similar issue with billing for their app store/itunes account and if so is this something that can be fixed easily without sending the device out or going to a repair centre
the most frustrating thing of all is all of the updates i need to install are free updates for applications that were also free :-/

go to http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp, enter your billing address, it will then show you how the USPS recognizes your address. Enter that address EXACTLY how it is shown on the USPS site into your itunes billing address info.
