I need to cancel an unpaid purchase. None of my updates will download due to this one separate purchase which was not paid for due to a change in card number. The purchase is not a completed one without card number so I don't see why it is insisting on updating credit card info just to download app updates!

When you purchase an HD movie or show, in most cases the SD copy can be downloaded from your purchases area in iTunes. On the main iTunes Store page, go to Purchases under the Quick Links and then select Movies or TV shows as appropraite. Click the "Not On This Computer" button. Uncheck the "Download HD when available" box and you should then see the SD copies of the movies/shows and be able to download them.
Note that with digital copies from a Blu-Ray or DVD, if it comes with an HD copy, you normally cannot get the SD copy as well and have to purchase it separately if you want it.

You probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you, particularly if the app is defective in some way. If you just don't like or no longer need the app, a refund is unlikely.

Try downloading the current version of the iBooks app on your computer's iTunes so that the app is in your account's purchase history. Then on your iPad go to the Purchased tab in the App Store app and you should be able to download an older compatible version of the app.

I want to cancel a purchase order raised by user who has left the company, only had the PO order number.
When i am clicking on monitor shopping cart it is showing error message "The Internet Transaction Server could not start the transaction "BBPSC11" because of the following error: Attribute for user ISOBELHE contains errors. Inform system admin ".

You can manage your account by logging into adobe.com and taking the following steps:
*Sign in the top right corner using your Adobe.com credentials
*Click on your name (same location) and select ‘My products and services’
*From there you can check on your status, log in/account info, etc.

I think that as soon as you click "Buy" and type in your details, the iTunes server is alerted that you have bought the item, even if it hasn't downloaded. Your "purchased" list is based on your account and not your computer so I'm afraid even if you haven't completed the download, you will be charged for it (but if you do now download it, you won't be charged again). This also means that you can't remove items from the purchased list.

if this is an service it will come on say 1.7.9
now if u want to cncel it on 25.7.9 it is not possible as the SERVICE will get finished up on 1.7.9 only so u have to reverse it on same day i.e. 1.7.9
so system will automatically takle the date of 1.7.9
