TS1646 Problem of purchasing gems from clash of clan

I tried to purchase a pile of gems from clash of clan this afternoon but it seem like it say "failed purchase please contact Itune support " after I press ok and it pop out "can,t connect to itune" I tried to search for answer but it failed , please help!

    What do you mean 'won't let me buy them', what happens when you try to buy them, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

    I had this problem playing rage of bahamut on my iphone 5 ios 6.1.2. Another side effect was that I could not log into apple forums because it said session timed out. Turned out it was an app called onavo causing the issue by setting up a VPN. For some reason there is a delay in the transfer of data that apple did not like. I just went into the setting and turned the VPN off and all started working again. I don't know about your device but if you do have a VPN set up it should say VPN somewhere at the top near single strength. Hope this helps

    I just put 10$ in my apple account. I had 21 cents prior, my total is $10.21 now.
    The bag of gems (1200 gems) is 9.99
    I have enough money to purchase this bag of gems from Clash of Clans.
    I press 'Bag of Gems -1200-' and it goes black and white then gives me a box that says 'Confirm Your In-App Purchase'
    I press 'Buy' because yes I want to buy this bag of gems.
    Then it gives me a window that says 'Insufficient Store Credit Remaining' and redirects me to the payment-method page
    Where I sign in, confirm that it's a gift code and that I do in fact have enough store credit remaining
    To which is remains adament in telling me I don't.
    Someone please tell me whats going on before I rip my hair out.

    You may also have to pay applicable sales tax on the in-App purchase.

  • I have purchased gems on clash of clans and i haven't received my gems.

    I purchased gems on clash of clans, 20$ pack, and at first it was processing it and it wouldn't load or give me gems, so i closed it out and re opened it to see if it worked and it hasn't, so i thought it was my connection possibly lagging. and i ended up trying a few more times and still nothing. then i go to check my bank account to see if it purchased and it did.. spent 80$ and i still haven't received one gem. i have emailed super cell about this situation and from what i've read it takes about 6-8 weeks for them to respond. I really don't have the time to wait. I really would like to talk to someone who can help my problem. if possible i would like to be reimbursed. if not that's not to big. but if i cannot be i would like to receive my gems soon.

    How did you contact the support?  Use the link below.  Did you buy the Gems on the same device as you are using now? This kind of in-app purchase is not transferable and you will not see the gems on a different device.
