TS1702 App purchase charged my credit card but did not down load to the app?
I purchased & in app purchase & it did not download into my app but charged me for it. It says already purchased but not yet down loaded when I try again. But I can not get it to down load ?
What happens when you try to do an in-app purchase, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ...

on my I-phone when i upadate apps it charges my credit card does it suppose to do like that, because on windows if you update anything it dont charge
You will only be charged when you purchase an App. Update on purchased App(s) through your Phone or PC iTunes should not involve any charges.
However, whenever you do your update over your phone, you are always being asked to login to verify your id but there will not be charge involved. -
I have always paid for apps with a credit card and now need to use an app store card but I can't get past the point where it keeps wanting my credit card updated. And can't used the app card number. Any advice???
I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.
Apple is becoming more like Microsoft every day. -

You need to contact iTunes Store Support. We are just other users like yourself. Go here and click on Purchases, Billing and Redemption, then click on Unable to Purchase from iTunes Store.

I bought my ipad in us, and has been using a pre paid card in purchasing applications. Now i already went back to bahrain, i am trying to purchase apllication using my bahrain credit card but it cannot get through as the default country is USA.
I tried to change my country but a message says i have a store credit balance and must spend it before changing store. But how i can spend it i only have 8 cents left?
So how will i be able to purchase applications if i am in bahrain?You can try again after a few hours after waiting and you still get the same error, you'll need to contact support.

I need to use up all my credits in ITunes but only have $.25. How do I do this as nothing is worth $.25? The reason I need to do this is to change my country for purchases on my Credit Card that is not a US credit card

I should be able to create an itunes account without a credit card but it doesn't give me the option of choosing none; Why?
Did you follow the instructions on that page exactly when you created the account ? They worked for me yesterday on my computer's iTunes when I tried them in response to another thread.
e.g. I logged out of my existing account and found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price'
I then clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
And after agreeing to the terms and filling in my details I was able to select 'none' as the payment method. -

I have 3 apple devices and I use the same apple ID for all 3. I would like to create a new I'd for one of my devices, but do not want to loose the apps on that device. Anyone know how I can do this?
Create a new ID:
On the iPod go to
- Settings>Messages>Send and receive and sign out your ID and sign into the other one. Make sure that only her ID email address is listed.
- Settings>FaceTime sign out of your ID and sign into the other one. Make sure that under You can be reached at only the newID email address is listed
- Settings>iCloud and sign out and sign in with the new one
- Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out your ID and sign in with the new one.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account. -
I am trying to download FREE apps for my Ipad Mini however iOS is constantly asking me to verify my Bank Card details and not proceeding to download the app despite being free. Any help please ?

If you can you can choose the None option and only put the card info in when you want to buy something. It also makes your account less suceptable to hackers as there is nothing that they can use to buy anything. -
i bought an iphone 5 online, its with o2 but when I went to o2 to get a sim card it did not connect according to the shop assistant, is there any way to determine if its stolen and if so is there anything i can do? HELP

Were the VISA and MasterCard issued to you by a bank in the country where you reside and do they have a verifiable billing address in the same country?
Or are these debit cards that you bought in a local store. Apple does not accept debit cards that you bought.
