TS1702 App refund

PhoneBook CleanMaster does not work, I contacted Waveline and they acknowledge the problem and say they "cannot" refund me , it must be done through apple. Please advise.

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should, I think, reply within about 24 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

  • TS1702 app refund from apple

I'm having issues with a vendor regarding a $9.99 App I purchased nearly 3 weeks ago.  Long story short the developer has told me 4 different times that they've attempted to credit my App but for some reason they've been unsuccessful.  I know that a refund does not come from the vendor but instead Apple.  I've gone into iTunes, clicked my account, Purchase History, selected the specific App and clicked "Report A Problem"......it didn't ask me for any further information, etc.  Is there an amount of time before Apple responds?  It's been a few days and I've heard nothing.
Thanks for your help or suggestions!

After you click on 'report a problem' below the purchase you should then get a 'report a problem' on the app's line which you then need to click on to get a details screen e.g.

    Which app?
Was this an iPad app or iPhone app. Your profile shows you have an iPhone 4s, but this is the iPad in the Enterprise forum. Please post in the proper forum.

  • Can I return an app (refund) if it doesn't work?

bought Garmin gps N.Am. but it can't find a satellite.  Then I deleted and instead of re-installing mistakenly bought the US version.  Neither work.  Can I get my money back?

  • App Refund

I made a purchase for Final Draft app and downloaded. Within an hour of purchasing, I contacted Apple support letting them know that I had used the wrong credit card and asked them to refund me and then I would repurchase with other card. They are not willing to refund me. Anyone have suggestions?

As Dah*veed says, all sales are final.   But exceptions are made and I'm wondering how you have approached the matter.   Softly, softly, catchee monkey, as they say.
To use another credit card and maintain the ability to update you would need to edit the card details, delete the app and then download a fresh version.
So you need to write and ask how you can demonstrate your good will by buying the app with the new card before they credit the other card.

  • App Refunds

I have been considering purchasing an app with mixed reviews. Some of the negative reviews noted pursuing refunds. What is the protocol on requesting a refund on an app?

"Please read the product information for Electronic Software Downloads and Apple’s _Return and Refund Policy_ carefully, as software download purchases are non-refundable..."
"Please note that Apple does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: (...) Electronic Software Downloads"
    "*Non-Apple Branded/Third-Party Products*
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer of such third-party product directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty. Please note that products sold through the Apple Store that do not bear the Apple brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with the terms and conditions packaged with the products. Apple's Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not Apple-branded, even if packaged or sold with Apple products."

  • App Refund Possibility

Is it possible to get a refund for a very buggy App from Apple?

I tried that and it takes me to the iTunes support page and no where I can see that I can get a refund. I have contacted the developer of the app and they directed me to the same thing. This is so maddening!

  • HT204088 is it completely impossible to get an app refunded

Im trying to get a refund on a app that was purchsed by accident, can anyone help!

All purchases are considered final (including those purchased by accident), it's usually only those that don't work as described in the store that are refunded - but you can try contacting iTunes support, there is no harm in asking them : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • HT204266 I purchased the wrong app.  When i contacted the vendor he told me to go to the app store and request a refund then download the correct version.  How do i request an app refund??

I purchased the wrong version of an app.  The vendor told me to contact the app store for a refund.  How do i so this????

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :
and then the 'Report a Problem' link on its line :
and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

  • Non-legit app refund

Yesterday I purchased a non-legit version of ewallet for BB10 from the app store (now subsequently removed from the store) and appear to be unable to send a refund request using the Blackberry Commerce refunds form.  Each time I attempt to send the form it simples returns "An unknown error occurred processing your refund request. Please try again later."
Is there any solution for this or a direct contact as I have tried to send the form a number of times in the last 24 hours.
    Thank you for any advice.
    Richard.

@roguck: Try [email protected] Make sure you enclose your purchase receipt.
@sdgardne: I don't know about the USA, but that would not stand in a European court of law. Your transaction is with BB, so they are contractually obligated to provide a service. That obligation cannot be delegated. Besides, would you contact your internet service provider if you had an issue with an an order on Amazon? Of course not.
That said, the App World agreement states that RIM is not obliged to provide any refunds. For warranted cases they often do though.

  • App refund still pending

I checked the status and the imovie app I purchased is still pending. H
ow long does it usually take for apple to respond back?

If this is the site you mean:
    https://reportaproblem.apple.com
a "pending" to the best of my knowledge doesn't mean that a refund has been granted but rather that no one has even looked at the issue, though I'm not certain. If you don't get a response by tomorrow, go here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
and follow the instructions to make your request of the iTunes Store again. Note that a refund is not guaranteed - the official terms say that all sales are final - so they may well refuse.
    Good luck.
