TS1702 Cannot update my apps
My iPhone says I have 9 app updates but every time I try to install them by choosing update all it does not let me!
Is the screen white? A lot of people have this problem from time to time. There are tons of threads about this and some people have had success by restoring.
I just wait a few hours and it usually will start working again.

I have 2 updates in app store and i can't updated.- Have you tried using the Spotlight search? Maybe you just can't find it
- Is it hidden by rRestrictions: Settings>General>Restrictions.

I cannot update my apps to both my iphone4 and ipad2. They both have the same apple id. I Cant update for almost a month now. But i can download new ones. Pls help. I have done the logout-reboot-login thing but still it cannot update. I also checked my itunes n there are no items stalled, no restrictions, etc. Really appreciate your help. Thanks
One thing that might work is .... Go to the purchased tab in the app store. Tap on an app that needs an update. That will take you to the app description page. Tap on the app icon in there and see if you can download the update. Could be very time consuming, but it might work.
This is a recently talked about trick that might work. Its more for the "Cant' connect to the iTunes Store" issue, but you can try it.
Go to Settings>General>Date and time. Change the date and time to some time in the future and see if that helps.
Lastly, you can always update the apps in iTunes on your computer and them sync them to the iPad. -

I downloaded and installed IOS8 on IPad and IPhone. Now I cannot update my apps.
No one knows why.
There are three options for folks
Use the purchased tab in iTunes to manually find each update and download it one at a time.
Use iTunes on your computer to find and download the updates then sync them onto your device (presuming you regularly sync to a computer)
Just wait it out and update when Apple fixes the issue. -
After updating to IOS 7.0.2 in my Ipad mini I cannot update my apps nor download new apps . It says "cannot connect to ITunes. " it's been almost 3 wks now. I have tried resetting it and trying other options like changing the DNS to just 8.8.8 etc but to no avail. I try to run the IOS diagnostics but it couldn't verify my ticket number. Everytime I open my mail it cannot identify server identity " Apple.imap.yahoo.com." But I just clicked "continue" anyway so I could get my mail.
(A) Reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
(B) Reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings

I did not authorize 2 in app purchases and because my credit card is at its limit, and i dont know how to reverse the in app purchases, i cannot update any app or do just about anything in the appstore or itunes store. I dont care if i owe apple's itunes appstore a few dollars over 2 in app purchases i never meant to download in fact the whole app itself i wanted to delete...but out of the hundreds (maybe lower thousands) fof dollars in music and apps and whatever else, that i rightfully purchased over the passed couple of years....should *NOT* have the upgrades and/or previous purchased songs withheld from me over $3 in accidently purchased add ons through an existing app i deleted an disliked anyway
Same thing happened to me with my peruvian credit card in the peruvian app store, I want to buy an app, but it says that my credit card is "not supported in the Peruvian app store"

I have a 3G iPhone and have changed my email and Apple ID on my laptop/iTunes account.
How do I get this new ID to show on my 3G iPhone.
I still have the old ID and cannot update my Apps.

If it is a new app you bought with your new ID, you can go into settings - appstore- apple id and then log out. -
I cannot update my apps on my iPhone 3. I think it's because I've discovered I have 2 Apple ID's, the original one for iTunes from 2009, and another one I used more recently. I think I must have changed my Apple ID to the more recent email, but my iPhone does not accept any password for the new ID. I have tried changing back but cannot. I have reset passowrds on both ID's 6 or 7 times, but that does not work either. I read I cannot undo an Apple ID, so I have 2, but they are mixed up. Help?
Did you purchase or download the apps with your old ID? Apps are tied to the ID that is was purchased from.
If it is a new app you bought with your new ID, you can go into settings - appstore- apple id and then log out. -

If you are in the Philippines, check to see if the country is changed in the iTunes Store settings on the iOS device. These steps will show you how to change the preference.
Change your iTunes Store country
Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. TapSettings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.

After updating my iPad2 to iOS6 I cannot update my Apps anymore. Error message says "Account not in this store". I changed my iTunes store to Philippines and synced my iPad. Didn't do any good.
Go here:
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap your Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region
and confirm that it's set to the correct country for your account. If it is, try signing out of your account and back in.

You could try this.
Back up all data.Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
