TS1702 Debit Card counted as Credit Card!
So I had put in a gift cark and it counted it as a credit card, now its empty and its saying that I have to put in a new one every time I try getting something !!!EVEN IF ITS FREE!!! I dont have a credit card that I want to put in so please help me, Ive tried to get it off but it wont.
As long as you are buying content for yourself (you can't use your balance for gifting) then it should automatically use your balance (there isn't any setting that you can change). Depending on how you created your account, "None" may or may not be an option. I believe it has something to do with whether the account was made through an App Store request or the regular iTunes Store. For example, my account allows no card but my father's doesn't allow there to be no card.
To change the card, go to your account settings and change the information to your new card, and hit save. -

On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

Have you gotten your iPhone 6 Plus you pre-ordered on 9/12?? I'm still waiting...till the end of OCTOBER! Because, I billed half to my account, as the system LET me do this and the other half to my debit card. Well they tried to take out the FULL PURCHASE PRICE on 9/23. It didn't go thru and they cancelled the order! I NEVER GOT ANY EMAIL from Verizon! I called this evening to find out the status of my order. Was told that since the device is on backorder, I cannot Bill to Account!!!! I am BEYOND LIVID! I realize that it's "JUST A PHONE' BUT, I should have had my device by Friday! NOW, I have to wait another month at best. I do NOT have credit cards and since this phone is on backorder, will have to wait another week before I can order it and by that time, it'll be CHRISTMAS before I can order a phone. Who knows, I may just save that money and CANCEL EVERY SINGLE LINE on my account. Three will be Month to month so NO ETF's with those lines!
its a bunch of **. they charged my credit card on sunday, my status still says no payment, no tracking #, they told me my phone was going to ship monday and I've gotten a different story every day since. today they told me they shipped out all the phones and are waiting for more to come in...blah blah blah. i ordered on 9/12 and my friend that ordered the same exact phone on 9/19 got his on tuesday and laughed at me for preordering. I'm very frustrated!

Why Must I put in Credit / Debit Card Info, To Load mp3 songs on my iPhone?
I am curious as to why I "MUST" put in my
Credit Card / Debit Card information if I want
to download some basic games, use iTunes on
my PC-Computer to copy mp3 files to my 'new-used'
iPhone 3G phone, and when I validate more
information it comes back to "Please Provide
Credit Card / Debit Card Information" ect.. There is
no alternative means to simply load mp3 songs to
your iPhone w/out having to put in sensitive debit
card / credit card information?
iTunes can't have a feature, where you pick the songs
you want to load on your iPhone from your PC or
Mac Book, for FREE? I guess.. I'll do without..
as this seriously hurts my feelings. *SIGH*
It would be nice and wonderful, iTunes can allow you
to load as many songs as possible from your PC-Desktop,
to your iPhone for FREE, without providing any sensitive
credit card / debit card information, without the FEAR of
being charged, and disputing with Credit Card Companies,
and disputing with Apple billing ect.
I think I'll stick to my old phone for my music files.
Or I hope I find some wealthy Jewish sugar mamas, or
Jewish sugar cougars that own 90% corporate stock into
Apple, Microsoft, and other music sharing software that
scans for viruses and malware ect. To help pay the prices
or Apple charge my debit / credit card for loading songs
onto my prepaid, brand-new-used, 3G iPhone.
I am not making sense, because the terms of agreements
I read don't really make sense to me?

76531If you download anything from the iTunes & App Store, with your existing Apple ID, you need to link a valid credit card info to your Apple ID.
You won't be charged for free games or syncing your music from computer.
If you do not want to put your credit card info in, use iTunes Gift cards which you can buy nearly everywhere. -

I have already set up and Itunes account, but it says that i need to reveiw the account. I guess i have not finished setting it up yet. But when i go into the payment information it says that i need to fill out the type of credit/debit card that i have. Well, i don't have one! You probably could have Edited your payment information instead of deleting the card. Have you tried adding your card to iTunes/Account/Account Information/Apple ID Summary/payment information.

On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit the account's payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into the account, and on the account's details page there should be a payment link. You can also turn off the ability to do in-app purchases on the iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and you can require the account's password to be entered for every download from the stores : Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password set to 'Immediately' - or you can hide the App Store ('Installing Apps', though that will also stop apps being synced to it from a computer's iTunes) and iTunes store apps via Restrictions
