TS1702 Developer wont issue a refund, keeps sending me back to iTunes, (and vice versa)
Whent through the process to repoert a problem (the app doenst work). Apple of course said to contact the developer.
I did and they told me to Conact Apple.
I told the developer that I wasnt going to do that again and was tired of going round in circles. The developer said that they have no way to issue refunds, But Apple just says "contact the developer"
I paid £3.99 for a business app that doesnt work so somebody owes me some money.
bUt I'm just playing Tenis here going back anhd forth.
If the iTunes Store has actually refused a refund and not just sent you the "canned" message telling you to contact the developer if you have problems with an app, there's probably nothing further you can do. Their terms of use say that all sales are final so a refund is never guaranteed, and sometimes they just refuse. You can try submitting the request again:

explaining the specific problem(s) with the app and that the developer refuses support and perhaps you can get them to agree to a refund. It may take a bit of patience responding to their emails to get beyond the "canned" replies, but you may eventually get a "real" response. If that's also a refusal, then you'll be at a dead end.

So you updated iPhoto to iPhoto 9.6? That is the only version that is fully compatible with Yosemite.
And are you running iPhoto 9.6 from the Applications folder? The Dock icon might still be linked to an older version, or you might be running the previous version from a backup drive. That would explain prompts to backup. Launch your new iPhoto version by clicking the icon in the Applications folder.

If you have Yosemite you need iphoto 9.6 from the App store - what is the exact error message you are getting?
Try dragging the iphoto Application to the trash from your applications folder (wait tot empty the trash) and then install iPhoto 9.6 from the App store

Icloud keep sending unread messages to us, currently total 1300 odd, I delete the messages and then Icloud keep sending then back to us. Obviously need to change something the way Icloud is working with our Ipad.

i just got a replacement phone from Asurion because my iphone 4s had issues, i tried to dl music from apple itunes and it keeps telling me that there is another id associated with this device and i have to wait 45 days to associate mine, is there a way around this problem or do i have to actually wait?
Either wait it out or contact Asurion and complain. They sent you a used phone as JB said above. There is nothing anyone here or at Apple can do about it.

My ipod is stuck at step 9 in this guide. Itunes told me to keep my ipod connected to itunes, and my Ipod shows the Apple logo as it should (though I can´t see any progress bar). Do anybody know how long step 9 takes. I have turned off my firewall.
Please Help!If it happens again and the reset (home + power buttons) doesn't work, just let the battery drain; you'll know when the screen shuts off. Charge it back up and it should be fine. Frankly, I'm surprised this worked for you. Usually I hear people with this problem say that holding both buttons doesn't work, and they have to do the battery drain.
If the issue is incurable next time, you have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. -
I recently updated my iphone 5 to IOS 8.0.2 and now it wont turn on it just says to connect to itunes and when i do the only option it gives me is to restore iphone because it is in "recovery mode". It says it will delete all my media but i didn't do a back up and i don't want to lose my photos, what should i do? (I never used iCloud to back them up either).
If it's in recovery mode, the data is already gone. Why did you never back up your important data?

For some reason when my daughter sends a text to someone else I get it and vice versa. Also, when I send a text to her the text comes to me as well. How do I stop this from happening?
This is iMessages, not an SMS/MMS, and this means the same Apple ID is registered for iMessage on each iPhone.
You or your daughter need to activate your own Apple ID for iMessage and FaceTime. The same Apple ID can continue to be shared for iTunes store downloads - for music and apps.
On the iPhone, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Select the Apple ID at the top and sign out. Sign in with the new Apple ID.
Make sure the same email address is not available below You can be reached by iMessage at on each iPhone. -
I did a full system restore to my phone along with the new 7.0 update. Now I went to restore my phone setting back through Itunes and it goes through all the steps but when it is completed it wont get past the "Connect to Itunes" screen

Typically the way that you redeem a gift card is to go to either the app store or iTunes - go to the featured tab in the app store or the music tab in iTunes - swipe to the bottom of the screen. Tap on Reedem at the bottom and go from there.

How have you tried to do it ? You should be able to remove the email address as being the rescue email address by logging into your account on http://appleid.apple.com, selecting the 'password and security' section of your account, and answering the two security questions - then try logging out of that site and then log back in and see if you can put that email address as your primary email address. If you can you should be able to put your current primary email address as your new rescue email address
