TS1702 Good Morning! I made a purchased the Black's Law Dictionary, an iPhone Application yesterday. After downloaded and installed to my iPhone, I got the message" error 0xE8000008", and the App didn't work.What should I do?
I've tried to deleted, redownloaded and installed many time, but the problem still exists.

Didn't work in what way. Are you unable to start it up? Does it start but then freezes? Does the screen stay black when you turn it on?

Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Keyboard and Mouse -> Mouse
And edit your mouse settings to do what you want it to do.

Third, from my understanding, it would appear you are concerned about the noise the hard drive makes when it falls asleep? Why not put your machine in screen saver mode instead? Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Energy Saver turn off all Energy Saver settings, or set them to run Never.
Fourth, if your machine was purchased just a few days ago, you may still be able to get an exchange from the store, quicker than you can get a repair done. You may want to look into that possibility.
Fifth, it does appear you found the Logic forum. I would persist in asking there how to solve your technical issue with Logic regarding the audio. It may be you don't have to do anything special to the hard drive. Remember audio can be transmitted by wire, avoiding ambient sounds.

Any good external optical drive should do, in this case, Google is your friend, just make sure it's Mac compatible.

Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.

I really can't comprehend the logic that leads to believe that password for old apple id will come to e-mail for new id. Buy may be I just misunderstood something. Contact Apple for assist with password retrieval. If you can verify yourself as account owner they may be able to help you.

It depends on if you are under warranty. If so, it just has to be sent in. If you are out of warranty it depends on if you feel comfortable taking a screwdriver to a laptop. However it gets done, by HP, a shop or you the fan has to be replaced. It would help to know the model fo the laptop so we can advise how hard it is going to be. The part is cheap, the labor probably not so much.

The weather widget not working - what should I do?
I change the city in the weather widget, but for some reason when I go back to the "home" page..... the weather is totally different. I live in Massachusetts and I know for a fact that we're not having 70 degree weather.

I found out that there's not much you can do with the weather and clock app. It's hard to explain. They are just an icon. It's kinda like an "icon shortcut." You make a shortcut on your computer to access things you use on a daily basis. (i.e. documents, shared drives)
It's not like Windows 7 where you can have something called a gadget to see the time, weather and being able to change it to your specifications. It's sooo stupid. Why bother having an icon of a clock and/or weather if I can't see the time and/or weather temp?? -

Once downlaoded, iTunes should have installed, and open once installed.
If its not open you can look for it in your Start Menu in Windows or Finder in Mac.

After Upgrade to Yosemite, Finder and other apps didn't work!

It's recommended to reformat your device after installing symbian anna.
Reformat - Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia default lock code is 12345). Warning! This reset wipes your C drive/phone memory! On Symbian^3 devices mass memory gets wiped too.
