If you are seeing a blank page in the Updates Tab of the App Store it  is a problem that many other users are reporting as well. It is a problem that has to be fixed by Apple. You will just have to wait until they fix it.

  • ITunes says I have App updates- but will not update.

    I have restarted iTunes, the computer, downloaded the new update (8.1.1 is it?), and tried a million times. But no matter what, iTunes says I have 6 App updates. So I click on the "6 Updates Available" button, but all I get it that all of my app have been updated.
    I also thought that it might have to do with the fact that I had Apps that were my sister's put on my account using that whole "Authorize Computer" thing. Both of the computers are authorized. So I had her update hers, but it's still not working.
    So if anyone has anything that can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

    the updates button shows updates are avaialble but it will not respond to my touch, you can update it by scanning all your purcahsed apps and selecting update but this is long way round..any ideas?

  • Skype has found an update but is not upgrading

    I am using the version 6.22.64.106 and Skype just notified me that there is an update availabe. I download it, click on Upgrade, the installer shows and I start the installation but the installer just cancels without upgrading anything. I'm seeing that the new version is 6.22.64.107 so I don't expect any big changes and will just ignore this. Is the installtion intended to not do anything if the version difference is too small or is this just a bug?

  • TS1702 Purchased in app content but did not receive, can not find a link to report the problem

    I paid for in app content and it said my phone could not connect to itunes and my purchase had not been finished, i did not receive anything. I left it a day and re-tried and this time was sucessful. however I have been charged twice, once for the original purchase which gave me nothing and again for the second which did give me what I was expecting. Been looking on apples website for help but have been getting no where fast.I receieved an email giving details of my purchases and it has a report a problem link but doesnt actually help.

    There is a problem with Apple’s servers that only they can fix. The problem has been going on for several days.
    According to Fly150 in another discussion, this will work.
    This is a workaround only and not a fix. If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
    1. Go to App Store
    2. Select Purchased
    3. Select All
    4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
    Select update on the Apps
    Hopefully the red notification number will go away after the updates are applied.
    Another option is to update your apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the updated apps to the iPad.
    1. Launch iTunes
    2. Click on Apps in the list under the Library heading in the left Sidebar.
    Click on Updates at the top in the window on the right
    Update all of the apps
    Connect your iPad and Sync with iTunes
    If you do not see the sidebar in iTunes 11 - go to View>Show Sidebar from the iTunes menu at the top.

    Happening to many users, me too - I suspect a server problem.  Wait a day or use itunes to update, I was able to do that.

  • ITune shows it has iPhone App Updates but wont Update

    As of about 4 weeks ago I can no longer get updates on iTunes. iTunes will tell me that I have some, but when I go to get them, it says "No Updates At This Time. Check Again Later" but I can clearly see I have three waiting...so I have to download them all through my iPhone and then sync back to iTunes. Frustrating.
    Any ideas?

    Ok...so I solved my own problem...I hope.
    1. First I restored the software on my iPhone through iTunes, but that didnt work.
    2. Then I went back to Apple and re-installed iTunes and it worked!

    Locked on an update can mean a couple of different things. So there are a number of things to try, but start with these.
    If you have a "waiting" icon, try tapping on the icon and see if you can pause the update/download. Of it pauses, tap on it again and see if it will resume.
    Try holding down on the icon until all of the icons on the screen wiggle. If the X to delete pops up on the waiting/stalled app -  tap the X to delete the app. Tao,the home button and the apps will stop wiggling.
    You can also try this and see if the downloads will resume. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

    2.2.1 is not the latest available for any ipod touch.
    Is yours the original ipod touch?

    It is a bad situation. Your credit card expired but you cannot change it because FormsCentral is retiring.

    Have you tried a reboot? Hold down the power and home buttons simultaneously. Ignore the Slide to Power Off prompt if it pops up. The display should go dark, and the Apple logo should appear as it begins a reboot. This is a soft reboot - it does not erase data.

    My account needs updating but will not accept my card security code why?

    As of today, I'm having the same problem. My iTunes account has been up and active for a long time using the same card, then suddenly the security code isn't valid. I've double checked all the info and it is correct, but iTunes refuses to accept it… I also tried the article linked above, but it is no help at all. There is no option to select "None" as a payment choice.
    Just to be very clear: I've been using my iTunes account to make purchases with this exact card since 2009, my bank info hasn't changed since 2008, my card is not expired, and the security code is correct.
    If anyone comes up with a solution, I'd appreciate hearing about it. I can't even get the free updates to my apps since my payment info is busted. Grrrr.
