TS1702 Help w apps

Does anyone have probs downloading free apps or any? When i try to get a free app a box pops up for my password and i type it in then i gotta type it in again then another window pops up wantin my credit card info and it baffles me especially since it never use to. What do i do to get it to not do that? I dont understand why it pops up when its a free app. Ive went to settings and tried to get rid of it but theres no option to even get rid of it. When it first started i was playing poker so i uninstalled it and i cant get it back because of this issue

Did you restore from the backup of your old phone?  (Syncing with iTunes only transfers the apps, the app data is stored in the backup.)

    I bought a second-hand Blackberry Curve 8520 today, and called my provider, Virgin asking them if they could help with App-World, they left me on hold for nearly 30 minutes so I hung up. I have got my BBM sorted, but when I try to use the App World it says that it is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World Server and that I should verify my network connections.     Wow! Purchasing a new computer and monitor should be a fun and exciting experience, and instead, it sounds like it’s turned into a complete nightmare. I can only imagine your disappointment when you found two charges relating to its purchase on your debit card account, and I’m sorry for any aggravation this caused. 
    As I want to provide you some piece of mind, I pulled up your order number using your email address attached to the forum. After review of its payment information, I found we collected only one payment.  However, when orders are first placed on BestBuy.com, a pending authorization should show up on your bank card to make sure funds are available for the order until it is fulfilled. From there, the authorization should drop off and the collection charge should appear.  This is the case for your one charge of $1,051.69.
    It also sounds like an error may have occurred when you initially attempted to place your order,  resulting in one of your gift cards not registering properly and the order not being completed.  Your card’s issuing bank doesn’t appear to have recognized this and pushed through the pending authorization. This occurred a second time when your account information didn’t quite match up with what we had on file. Please know that we haven’t ordered a collection of these funds and your issuing bank should release the two pending authorizations within 5 to 7 business days.

  • TS1702 I need some help the apps were downloading slowly

    The apps downloaded but it didn't cause it's stuck in downloading mode what should I do?
    The iOS 6 update didn't work.
    Please I need some help.
    The apps didn't download.
    Talking Angela and Ginger didn't download.
    Talking Santa didn't update.

    Try moving the existing backup file to a safe location so that iTunes has to create an entire new file.  The backup file is located here. You can delete that backup once you get a successfull backup.
    iTunes places the backup files in the following places:
    Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
    Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
    Windows Vista and Windows 7: \Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\
    Note: If you do not see the AppData or Application Data folders, you may need to show hidden files (Windows XP,  Windows Vista and Windows 7), or iTunes may not be installed in the default location. Show hidden files and then search the hard drive for the Backup directory.

  • TS1702 Help!! I downloaded some apps like games and when I want to buy coins to play and I try and put my pass word in it tells me this app belongs to another apple ID and I need to re buy the app but when I try it won't let me. What do I need to do???

    I downloaded some app from my iPod touch and the app downloaded no problem. But when I open the app to play a game and I have to buy something from the app like coins or up grade the app. And it won't let me it says app was open on a different apple I'd and that I needed to Purchase the app again and when I try and I find the same app the only thing it does is open it. I can't do anything. Then my iMessage I can't even hardly send messages because it always say failed Delivery when in fact I was able to send iMessage a couple of weeks ago to the same people that I can't now. And nothing has changed on there side. Please help me it's driving me crazy spending all that money on the iPod and I can't enjoy it

  • TS1702 Shopping List app by Hensel crashes everytime I try to use it, since ios 6 upgrade on my iPod 4 Touch.  Help

    I purchased the iPod 4 Touch app "Shopping List" by Hensel.  I used the app daily, and found that it was very stable.  I upgraded my iPod with the ios 6 upgrade.  Now my Shopping List app crashes each time I try to use it.  It opens, but I cannot add an item to the list, create a list, or use the app at all.
    I have tried the following:
    1.  I tried to find an update for the app.  -  No luck.
    2.  I removed the app from my device, restarted the device with a hard shutdown.
    3.  Reinstalled the app.
    4.  I tried to use the app, and no dice.  It still does not work.
    5.  I looked all over the web for the developer's site.  I have not found it.  When I think that I am getting close, I get rerouted to the iTunes site.
    Please help.

    I have had the same problem.  I can't find the app on the store anymore but I'm not sure what that means.  They may have just pulled it while they upgrade for iOS6 compatibility.
    Since I still need to shop while they fix it, I downloaded GroceryIQ.  It has been great!  I really like the the "speak to enter" feature as well as the bar code scanner.
    As much as I liked ShoppingList, I'm not going back.

    When I go to download an app of App Store it tells me to make it more secure and it comes up with security questions. When I select question nothin appears and it is stopping me from my iPad. Could anybody help me?

  • TS1702 Help me delete my apps from phone

    Why are my apps from my phone not syncing to my computer. I want to delete some that I do not use anymore and I believe I can only do that is I delete using iTunes. Please help!! I can't get support on the phone because Apple needs more money first.

    Your apps are probably not syncing correctly because of some issue with Apple ID - such as using a different Apple ID to purchase the app than is used on iTunes or your iPhone.
    To delete the app, hold its icon until an "X" appears in the upper left, then click the "X".  Click the home button to end the app wiggling.

    II've tried to download about 5 apps over the last 3 days.  None have downloaded and it says they are still waiting to install.  This relates to all of them.  Can anyone help?

  • TS1702 Numerous new apps (including download of updates on existing apps) is frozen (for several days).  I have tried to delete the downloads........however to no avail.........several of the downloads are for previously purchased apps.......please help!!

    Numerous new apps and downloads for existing apps have been frozen (after trying to install) for several days now......I have tried to delete or reinstall.....however....to no avail.......please help.....before I try the final solution......5 pounds of C-4.......DAMMIT JANET!!!!!!

    So I reinstalled OS X Mavericks and that fixed the problem.

  • TS1702 the recorder app in my iphone5 shows the files but won't play them. I also cannot transfer them to my computer. The file list shows up under file sharing in itunes but when I try to save the file it says it's not there. Help. Everything is updated.

    Back up first (Time machine) as much as possible.
    Un-install and re install Itunes.
    First and foremost download the updated iTunes from apple website. After downloading Uninstall itunes and all its component ( Dont worry, itunes library where your movies and music is located will not be deleted. Please follow instructions on the apple support page). The problem might be the AppleMobileDevice.kext

  • TS1702 My "Passbook" app won't connect to the App Store...please help!

    I just downloaded iOS6 and am trying to set up my Passbook app. When I try to connect to the App Store throught the Passbook app, I'm getting the message "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". I'm trying to figure out how to resolve this issue but can't figure it out...please help!

    As it says in other threads:
    Go to Settings, Date and Time. Turn off automatic and choose Set Date and Time. Change the year to 2013. Go to Passbook and touch the App Store button. Once it connects to the store, go back to Settings, Date and Time, and turn Automatic back on. It will work from this point onward!

    black smudges appeared all over it so I deleted it and went and reloaded it. the problem is that I paid for no ads, and now they want me to pay again, though there was something worng with it. I am new to all this so any help would be appreciated.

    Go to the page where you purchased "No ads" before, and see if the app has a "Restore purchases button."

    Buy it again and contact iTunes Support to try to get refunded...
