TS1702 How do I report a problem about a song if I purchased it over 90 days ago?

I downloaded a couple of songs when I first got my iPod, now I can't report a problem on them because its been over 90 days.

Have you tried just deleting and redownloading?
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Otherwise contact them by:
Apple - Support - iTunes - Contact Us

    That said, I don't think it's really fair for you to be able to use the app for three full years and then not have to pay. But maybe that's just me.

    Log into your iTunes account, then click on previous purchases then select the purchased app and then click report a problem.  Then write and explain your problem and I am sure it will be considered. 
    Also change your iTunes password as soon as possible.

    Store > View My Account > Purchase History > Report a problem.
    Contact the store and explain the issue. They should be able to reissue your download or take whatever other steps are necessary to resolve your problem.

    I have some unauthorized charges and when I click on "report a problem" on the bottom of the purchase history, it renews the page with "report a problem" next too all the purchases. When I click on one of those, it just takes me right back to the iTunes home page. Does anyone know how to do this please?

    thanks for your response roaminggnome. I changed my password immediately after it happened and I have contacted i tunes to let them know of this dillemma.
    The I-tunes credit was a promotional thing by Apple to buy their laptop. So I didn't pay for the i-tunes credit in the first place. Do you think my bank will be able to reinburse Itunes credit then? I will ask support when they get back to me.

    when the software comes up initially I get a message that says “could not complete your request because of program error”. Hitting OK allows me to continue using the software .
    When I try to activate a function using CTLR or ALT keys I get this message “required application failed to load and the product cannot continue. Please reinstall the application”. This causes the application to abort.
    Reloading my CS2 continues to generate the same messages when I depress the CTLR or ALT keys.

    Your original copy is obsolete and Adobe is offering a free replacement you are entitled to. Download and use that and that should clear it up for you.

    Glad you got some resolution on that. I'm not familier with the app you had issues with, but the one the OP was questioning is very highly regarded and widely sold. Odds are the issue was with his iPad and he never responed to inquiries about troubleshooting (I suspect he had not tried much of anything).

    Have you tried the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history as opposed to the email receipt ?
    log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

    I want to report this to AppStore so they can remove the app and also give me a refund for $2.
    I believe AppStore as a storefront is not doing their work properly... Aren't they supposed to check if the app u r buying is same one which is downloading?
