  • How to get a refund of In-App Purchase in iPad?

My son was playing around with my iPad and accidentally purchased the Color and Mixer tool in Paper by FiftyThree application on my iPad.
I can get a refund for any APP purchased through the App Store from my iTunes Purchase History, but, when I click 'Report A Problem' on the 'Paper by FiftyThree, Color', it direct me to a link to the iTunes Support page.
How can I get my refund, each costs $1.99 which is important for me.

When you plug it into a computer, is there any reaction? Is it just the screen that's dead or the whole phone?
If the whole thing is dead then there may not be anything you can do

  • HT3702 Does anyone know how to get a refund for an app that is no longer required.

I have downloaded apps that I no longer require, does anyone know how I can get a refund. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Apple considers all sales to be final. There are no refunds. Especially no refund just because you think that you don't need to use the app anymore.

  • How to get a refund for paid app i never received

In April of 2014 I attempted to perform an in-app purchase in the game HayDay, which I had downloaded for free on my older iphone 4s that I also had at this time. I still have an iphone 4s but it is a different one. But that's not important. What my question is, is that every time I would go to purchase some diamonds or what ever else I wanted in the app It would tell me there was an error and it could not be purchased. I kept trying a few times and then finally gave up. I had no idea that it was saying error even though the actual charges on my credit card were going through and I spent(lost) somewhere over a hundred, maybe two, on some stupid in-app purchases that I never received and got my credit card took quite a hit from that. I called Apple and they said they could not help me and I had to get a hold of the creators of HayDay in order to get a refund. I found the contact email to get a hold of the creators and they never answered my issue. I asked many times and no one can help me. What do I do to get that money back that shouldn't have ever been taken from my credit card in the first place? I have all the order numbers and stuff if need be.

  • HT1349 HOW TO GET A REFUND ON PAID APP

I downloaded a paid app only to find it is absolutely useless to me but apparently useful to a whole lot of people as i felt comfortable from the reviews. I have deleted it but want my money back. How do i get apple to reverse it and cancel it from my apps.

I think I have the issue solved. I contacted the app developer who apologized for the confusion but directed me back to Apple support. I then sent an email and a Cecille  (itune store advisor) spewed rubbish while being very polite...short story, he denied the request, then pasted a link to Apple terms and then signed off by saying my patience and understanding will be highly appreciated.
I then called and another specialist reviewed it and reversed it and said they had provisions for cases such as mine. So, yes, you can get refunded but i think just make sure to exchange with the developer first then itunes and make sure its within an acceptable time as i did mine almost immediately after download and realized it did not do what it was downloaded for.

  • How to get a refund after in app purchase?

    Hi everyone,
I downloaded a app called flight box and I thought it would be useful so I decided to by the extras for it. But that was a mistake because it is the most useless app and not user friendly at all so I want to know if it would be possible to get my money back.
    Please help,
    Kevin

  • How to get a refund from a movie that did not download?

Rented a Movie... Days later, the movie is still " Processing". I have been billed for the movie, and want a refund. any ideas where to go? Seems to be very difficult to ask for money back.

You're best bet to get that refunded is to contact iTunes Support through expresslane.apple.com. From there, select iTunes as the effected product, then iTunes Store, and answer some questions, and they will email you with the info on getting that resolved for you.

  • How can I get a refund for unwanted app?

My kids downloaded an extension of an app, made for kids, that cost $100. They thought it was free, until I got the bill. How can I get a refund for this and remove the app? This is wrong on so many levels, beginning with having a free app for kids luring them to a ridiculously priced one. Any help is appreciated.

You posted in the Mac computer OS X Tiger 10.4 forum. You don't provide enough info. Was this an iPad app, iPhone app, an iPod app purchased from the iTunes store? Or an app purchased from another source?
The remedy - don't give your kids the password and answer to security questions.
If purchased from the iTunes store, there's a link on the invoice.
