I have some problem with paid app. How could I return or get money back from App store?
The Terms of Sale for the iTunes store state that all sales are final. You don't mention why in your question, but you can contact iTunes support and state your reasons for a refund.

Where did you buy this app? If it was a Mac App Store app, which one was it? If it was a third party app you will have to approach the developer and / or the seller.

Hi Guys!
I gave up with Nokia N97!!! I have a lot of problems with it. All of them are known. While this 2,5 months of using the device I was so **bleep** off and felt very uncomfortable while using it! Is that what we paid $700 for?? To see how good it is in the official video commercial and how damn SLOW, buggy and how bad the hardware is? I waited for software update and was hoping to see nice and fast device, oh! and working GPS! Instead - it's still the same "smart" which is most worse on nokia market. That's enough!
So now I have this question: How to get money back for Nokia n97 after 2,5 months of usage? or maybe exchange to n900? I will call to customer care center soon but maybe someone of you have done this already and you can give some tips?

Hi guys!put it up for sale, you have used it for over 30 days nokia will not give you a refund. sell it and buy yourself another device in this case. im giving mine away to a friend. he likes the n97 so its a win win

You've visited the developer's website and tried contacting them (there should be a link on the app's description page in the store) ? If you have and you haven't got anywhere with them the you can try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

I understand what that's like, believe me. And adding problems with an Apple product really adds insult to injury. Trust me, calling them when the lines are open will be really good. They're very nice, and from my own experience they've always found a solution for me. When you're frenzied it's sometimes nice to talk to a person instead of fill out a form. Refer to my post above for their number, but I don't think they open until 9 'o clock Pacific Time or something like that. Good luck!

I paided for an application today called "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" for my MacBook Air and after it finished downloading I opened the application and it then it said, "You can not open the application Grand Theft Auto San Andreas because it is not susported on your type of Mac. I would very much appreciate help on how to fix this problem or how to get my $15.00 back on my account and delete the application.

You'll need to contact support here. They will determine your elegibility for the refund.
If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

How to get a refund for paid app i never received
In April of 2014 I attempted to perform an in-app purchase in the game HayDay, which I had downloaded for free on my older iphone 4s that I also had at this time. I still have an iphone 4s but it is a different one. But that's not important. What my question is, is that every time I would go to purchase some diamonds or what ever else I wanted in the app It would tell me there was an error and it could not be purchased. I kept trying a few times and then finally gave up. I had no idea that it was saying error even though the actual charges on my credit card were going through and I spent(lost) somewhere over a hundred, maybe two, on some stupid in-app purchases that I never received and got my credit card took quite a hit from that. I called Apple and they said they could not help me and I had to get a hold of the creators of HayDay in order to get a refund. I found the contact email to get a hold of the creators and they never answered my issue. I asked many times and no one can help me. What do I do to get that money back that shouldn't have ever been taken from my credit card in the first place? I have all the order numbers and stuff if need be.
