I figured it out! I don't fully understand why, but when I uninstall ESPOINAGE 2 from my laptop, sleep works fine now.. Weird!

Plugins usually are installed externally to Firefox. However, you can disable them in Firefox so that Firefox does not use them.
SearchReset is supposed to automate the task of resetting certain preferences, but you still can edit them manually if necessary.

Usually it works to choose your preferred search engine from the drop-down. To remove an unwanted search engine plugin, usually the Manage Search Engines... choice at the bottom of the drop-down takes care of it.

Have you tried going to System Preferences/Desktop & Screensaver/Screensaver, and choose "Start after Never"? That turns off the screensaver. Then, under System Preferences/Desktop & Screensaver/Desktop, choose the image you want. You can vary the sleep by playing around with System Preferences/Energy Saver, and playing around with your preferences.

My password only works to log into the computer, but not to make admin changes, even though I am the admin account on the computer. This happened after I tried to change the computer's name. Is there any way to fix this?

Bought my laptop off my room mate and he had master reset it to default. This still left his name as the computer name and I wanted to change that. Tried to rename it under the advanced changes section, and now it isn't recognizing my password for anything more than logging in. I can't unlock the settings to make further changes (or change it back). I have had my room mate try all of his old passwords and usernames, to no avail. Is there a way to reset this? It's also not letting me wipe the drive and start fresh again because, alas, I don't have access without the password. Any advice would be very helpful. Thank you!

This seems like something apple should fix. Fine I have to fix it one time but why such a constant issue?

When I try to open iTunes, I get an error stating that the program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from my computer. I don't have my original iTunes disc to reload. Is there any way to fix this without the iTunes disc?

If you restored to factory defaults/new iPod (you did not say the type of restore your performed) and are still having the problem that indicates a hardware problem. An appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order..

I've found the cause of my Aperture Crash, sRAW, Any way to fix this..?

Here's something That I think I found out that very well may be the problem.
In fact I know it is, I can duplicate the crash every single time.
When I first started shooting with my Canon 40D (new) I used the settings for both jpg +sRAW
Every time I select or move a folder with a sRAW image in it, I get the red screen that states "Unsupported Image" and then .... Boom ... Crash... No doubt this is the problem But how do I get it out of the Library before it crashes....?

Merging libraries is best done on a per-project basis: export the prroject from one machine and import it into the library on the other. This maintains all the versions, metadata, adjustments, albums etc.

Organize your projects around how you will want to transfer data back and forth. Use smart albums, regular albums, blue folders, etc. do organize how you use the images once you have them.
Separate from that you can keep high res previews on your laptop so that you can use the images remotely.

This means the iPhone was hacked to be unlocked. The 3GS was not sold in the US as officially unlocked.
