TS1702 I am unable to update any apps. I get a message saying that I need to agree to the new terms and conditions. However, when I try to so, nothing happens. Not only can't I update current apps, I am unagbgle to purchase any new apps.

Instead of just turning the phone off and on try a reset.
Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Change to Canadian App Store
1. Tap "Settings"
2. Tap "iTunes & App Stores"
3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the country/region where you are located.
9. Tap "Done".
Note: If the change doesn't take effect, sign out of account and sign in again. -

Tried to replace my firefox with 4.0, but unable to do so.
Error message saying" I do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items."If you get an error message that you do not have sufficient permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop

I just updated my iPad to the new ios and now it won't let me use iCloud. I have been in my settings and it says I need to agree to the new t&c's but when I click to do it my device freezes. Any Idea what I can do as I can't download new app either
Sorry. There's nothing anyone can do. The current version of the facebook app will not run on 4.2.1. The iPhone 3G won't run anything higher than 4.2.1. You're stuck.
Maybe it's time to buy yourself a new iPod Touch. -
I always close Firefox when I am finished with the web. When I try to open it later, I often get a message saying that firefox is currently running, so close it first. As far as I can tell, firefox is not running. The message then says to restart your computer and try again. I restart my computer and then firefox opens.

The send buttin is greyed out when I try to text some but not all people from my iPod Touch. This happens even when they have iPhone 4s. Any ideas why and how I can fix this?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
