If the book isn't on your computer's iTunes then you should be able to copy it from the iPad by connecting the iPad to your computer and in iTunes doing File > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync it to the iPhone (connect the iPhone to your computer, select it on the left-hand side of iTunes, and use the Books tab on the right-hand side to select and sync that book). Or you can re-download it directly on the iPhone : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
Another option, if you always want ibooks to download on both devices, is to turn 'automatic downloads' for books 'on' on both : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT453

To confirm, al songs are already in your iTunes library of current computer, and they all play using iTunes (on the computer)?
And you are saying all the songs you purchased from the iTunes Store can be synced to the nano without any problems? But NONE of the other songs (that are NOT from the iTunes Store) can be synced to the nano, or SOME of them?

I would ask iTunes Store support for help with this. You may never be able to get the movie to download on your own now.
Go here and then tap on Connecting and downloading, then tap on Movie Rentals. You can have someone contact you, you can chat online or you can get email support. I would opt for the phone call or online chat.

TS1368 I got the "cannot connect to iTunes store" error while making an in-app purchase. The app did not upgrade with my purchase. If I try again, will I be charged twice?

The purchase was made on the new iPad with wifi only. I was connected to a network on both my iPad and my laptop, with no other issues. The error occurred after It prompted me for my credit card info, it asked "do you still want to purchase?" then asked me to enter my password again. That is when I received the message.

Plug your phone to your Mac or PC.
Open Itunes.
Transfer the purchases from your Iphone to your Mac
Go to Books on itunes on your library (Mac not the iphone) and drag the book back to your phone.
That should do it. It worked for me.

I am using my ipad to transfer some mp3s over to my ipad. some go over, most do not. I even had trouble with videos syncing over. I am running version 6.13. I have plenty of space left but they just wont get on there. This is what happens. I take a video I have and make an mp3 out of it sometimes, sometimes its just plain mp3s. I do the conversion and it comes out fine but it goes to my computer itunes and not on my ipad. no they are already in mp3 format I just tried that home sharing today because I couldnt find any other reason why they werent syncing. here is an example of a sync I just tried. I made an mp4 concert into an mp3 it came out perfect on my computer.. then I tried to sync it to my ipad with no luck, other than it going on my computer, it did not show up anywhere on my ipad in any area of the music sections etc playlists, songs, albums etc. Its just not there but remains on my computer. thats why I tried the home share today to see if that would help. Either I am really missing something or there is something wrong with this ipad. Ok, I was an old fool, there is indeed a setting on the Lumix LX5 camera which seems to allows both audio and video, although not AVC HD, the camera must be set to Motion JPEG and subsequently NOT to PICT Bridge, rather to PC for the output. Anyone who decides to purchase a Panasonic Lumix should be aware of this. The iPad 2 will display Lumix perfectly in 720p which is enough for the old fool. The Sony NEX5N at twice the cost will do 1080p, but on the iPad and our TV the difference I suspect will not be noticeable.

I recently purchased a 4S. I now have 2 files in my iCloud both with my name. One from my 3gs and one from my 4S. The problem is the data history of all my games and 3rd party apps did not transfer over to my 4S. Is there a way to merge the two in icloud?

I backed up my 3gs to the iCloud and when I synced my 4S, it did not transfer my game histories or my 3rd party app histories. When I look at my iCloud storage, it shows both phones under the same name. Is there a way to merge them together in iCloud? I tried adding the account to my 4S but since they are both named the same, it says I already have that account added! Help!!

You can see what your iCloud storage is used for and delete any unwanted content at settings > iCloud > backup & storage > manage......

It's the first time I've bought a movie from iTunes on my PC and it gives me glitches the enire movie aswell as the voices don't match the picture?

I got a new PC. I have an iTunes account on my iPod as well but I set it up properly on here as well this is a Pavilion HP G6 it has windows 8. I dowloaded iTunes onit, it works fine. I bought "We're the Millers" today on iTunes and it gets me upset I can't watch it. Every time I play it it glitches. After the first sevral glitches the voice loses the picture; the character on the screen isn't saying the right words at the right time. I waited till it was fully down loaded and I restarted my labtop twice to see if the was the cause. It was not and and I getting up set I paid $13 for a HD movie that isn't even a movie; someone please help!

Yes, you can get to the book ...
Using iTunes on your computer, go to Store > Authorize This Computer from iTunes' menu.
Then enter that old Apple ID and password.
Then sync your device and you'll be all set!

One transferred into the photo album and worked as a video and also transferred into the Video album. These videos were shot with a Pentax camera and have the extension .MOV. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).

Playlists are part of the iTunes Library.itl file, so if you just moved the music folder, your playlists would not have transferred. This site might be of help:
