TS1702 i can not use my master card card anymore even though it is not empty

i have bought a master card which can be used to purchase apps on the app store, 5 days ago the billing info is rejected even though i am sure that the card is not empty, so what shall i do? callimg the bank where i bought it from, deactivate my account,.....
and if i change my apple id how can i get the apps that i spent money on ???

Or are these debit cards that you bought in a local store?
Apple only accepts cards issued by a bank in the country where you live with a verifiable billing address in the country where you live.

I'm expecting some film footage to be delivered to me thats being delivered in a Pro Res format. Since my request to the company I've realised that it seems that I might not be able to import the Pro Res files into iMovie on my iMac if I don't have Final Cut Pro (FCP) installed. Is this correct? If so, is there a simple way I can import the format without having to go to the expense of buying FCP?

Part of the validation for cards is that they are registered to the same name and address as on your iTunes account, prepaid cards tend not to be so won't be accepted.
What you owe isn't shown on the payment details screen of your account ? If iTunes gift cards are available in your country then you should be able to redeem them onto you account so that you can your debt, after which you should get the 'none' option so that you can remove the prepaid card.

Looking at your stated article on 01/04/2014 in the additional information near the bottom it says explictely that you cannot use a itunes gift card to purchase. Then it says you can use store credit. How elese would you get store credit other than a itunes gift card? Maybe there is a quasi answer. Yes you can use existing store credit before you sign up for account, but not actually during the checkout. At times thru the year apple will rune utunes $25-$50 gift cards on sale for 20% off. Usually when a new iPhone comes out. I just bought a $50 gift card for $40. Xmas I guess. I do NOT like using my credit card if I don't have to, and I went out of my way to go buy an Apple gift card, which I successfully redeemed into my Apple account. However, when I use the Apple "Cards" app, it will not let me use anything other than my credit card. I tried purchasing a card, hopefulling it would come out of my Apple store balance, but no such luck -- it came out of my credit card.
Apple is becoming more like Microsoft every day.
