TS1702 I did an in app purchase to get the full version of the app and I still have the lite version. how do I get the full app?
I downloaded the light version of My First Book of French Alphabets by
Ilmasoft. I did an In-App Purchase of $1.99 to get the full version. Upon returning to the app to use it (it did work after the initial purchase), I still have the light version. I tried reinstalling the app but still have the light version. I have also tried emailing the developer, but no response has been received.
What else can I do? I really like the app. I would even repurchase it to get the full version, but it shows as a purchased item.
Any help for this problem would be appreciated!
Hi,
Generally, you can switch between the light and full version of OWA, if your web browser support the full set of features. You can do this by checking or clearing the "Use the blind and low vision experience" check box. However, if you use a web browser
that doesn't support the full set of features, Outlook Web App (OWA) will open in light version.

My crashing has seemed to have ceased with a revert to an older version. I noticed today that the newer crashing iTunes had been launched for hours but not playing anything, when I played internet radio it crashed within 5mins, fed up I reverted to an older version.
Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library. -

I am an Aperture user and I am tired of managing my old iphoto library seperately. In order to use the new combined aperture/iphoto abilities i need a newer version of iphoto. iWork is not as it's an upgrade and not an update. Upgrades for iWork have always had to be purchased. However, the previous iWork apps will work fine with Mavericks.

I have been sharing my iTunes account with my kids...now they are getting older and want to have their own accounts, how do I share the songs I purchased for them on my account with them on their new accounts? Is there a way to transer from my main account their new accounts? And can I share music from my account with them?
You can't currently transfer content from one account to another account. As long as the tracks are on the computer's iTunes that they use/sync to, and your account is authorised on that iTunes, then they should be able to continue to use them.

My Computer broke and I bought a new one, re installed I tunes and synced my I Phone 4 but it only transfered 100 purchased songs into the library and I still have 400 songs on my I Phone, but when i try to re sync it wants to erase the 400 songs on my device and replace with the 100 songs in my library. I have authorized this computer with this device but I can't deauthorize the old computer because it's boken. I emailed tech support but they told me to manually transfer the files but it only transfers from the library to the device, and I need to transfer from the device to the library.
The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases
The iphone is not a backup device.
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -
I purchased Adobe Illustrator CS2 on CD many years ago and now i have bought a new iMac computer it won't let me install from the CD's. How can i use this product on iMac ?

I tried to download the latest upgrade to iOS8 on my iPad. Message said that I did not have enough space. I bought 20 G more storage and it still will not download. How do I download iOS8. I am now running iOS 7.1.2.
You delete content from the iPad and/or update it from iTunes on a computer.
iCloud space is separate from that on the device.

The App store tells me the downloads are complete, however, the føur items still show up on the Purchases page with the message "waiting" and are not loaded into the computer. I cannot even highlight the apps, nothing works.
Try disabling anti virus software and turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
FYI... third party download managers will not work with the App Store.

itunes has removed my downloaded music from my library. I still have all of my purchased songs and videos but the downloaded songs are missing. I still have the downloaded songs on my cpu just not in my itunes library anymore. How do I get these songs back in my itunes library?
Copy them from the other user account you were logged in with to your own account. Or if you are using iTunes 10.3 or later and live in the use, redownload them via iCloud beta. See this article for more information.

What I do when I get a new computer is the first time I turn it on is use Setup Assistant. Once Setup Assistant has finished doing its thing, the new computer is just like my old one.

Your iPod filesystem is corrupted, most likely due to a timeout by iTunes Sync failure.
Use DiskUtuility->First Aid-> Repair
When you connect the iPod Classic to a Mac,
Dont use the USB port on the Keyboard or any USB hub.
Disconnect all other USB devices
Dont browse Internet while syncing. -
I purchased National Geographics Magazine yearly subscription back in December. Since then I have not received my Monthy Magazine. i also purchased the December Edition separately. Since I have Sync my iPad to my Computer i have lost everything. I have contacted National Geog but they tell me that they are unable to help as both my Subscription and the Dec. Issue were purchased through APPLE. I have also contacted Apple who have also been of no help, telling me that i need to contact National Geog.
Can anyone out there offer any HELP?Thanks for reading and thanks for the advice. Perhaps I'll ask them about it next time this problem occurs, although carrying the thing through a mall that is only about a mile away is the least of my worries. I'll do if it is both free (I don't make enough at my job to pay for such a service) and relatively speedy, although I'd hate for them to come over and for the computer to work properly (as bad as that sounds). It'd be a wasted trip and nothing would get fixed.
I'm contemplating videotaping myself performing my "fixes" on it the next time I have this problem.
