I need help I had to return my iPhone because of financial reasons and I'm still getting charged for an app I forgot to cancel the subscription how can I fix this?

have you already called Apple and explained your current situation, because I don't see a way to downgrade your storage plan with a Mac only running Snow Leopard and without a iOS device running at least iOS 5.

Try completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your Adobe ID.

I want to get it back to Lion - which I purchased from the Mac App Store. But Tiger doesn't have the App Store and I don't have the discs anymore from the intermediate versions. I tried downloading Lion from the new iMac but it's not available...

To get to the App Store, you need to upgrade the Tiger machine to Snow Leopard.

If true, you need to update your iPhone 6 before you can restore from your backup.

I have al applications and downloads blocked, and I keep getting charged for new downloads.

I have my account settings set up to block all downloads. I just noticed that I am still being charged for downloads that are happening to my phone. My phone doesn't even have the downloads that I am being charged for. Why is my account being charged for downloads and why aren't the blocks preventing these fraudulent downloads anyway?

I finally got a hold of tech support and they are taking care of this.

In a web browser, log in to your www.icloud.com account. Under the find my devices, you can erase the device, then delete it from your list of devices. That will effectively disable Activation Lock on the device.
