(thats what it says i Was charged for. I never did that. it says the order is pending and that it used my debit...... i did not do that and i have one more charge

so i got 2 charges that add up to...... $24.97 I would like to get refunded for them because I honestly dont even know what they are. thank you

I called in to do a temp upgrade on my data and was told by the rep that my account was eligible for a free upgrade. I said okay, but it never happened and now I am being charged for an overage. Hi - I rented a movie from iTunes and was charged for the rental. It downloaded to my iPhone 5 over wi-fi as usual, but on completion of the download, it then didn't appear in my movies app on the iphone. I can't find it either on iTunes in my account on my computer. But iTunes seems to think that I've already downloaded it, but I can't find it anywhere or watch it. Help! I've downloaded and watch plenty of movies before - this is a first. I've tried re-renting it, but it tells me that I've already rented it and if I download it again, I'll be charged a second time.
Help - anyone out there had the same problem or better still, have a solution????I had the same issue with my apple tv 3rd generation. I rented Sinister and selected the "rent and watch now" option. Half way through the movie I accidentally pressed the menu button. When I looked for the rented movie on my apple tv I could not find it. Not even above the movie pannel where "purchased" and "top movies" comes up on the main menu. the apple tv suggests to go to settings>downloads but I don't have that option. I did go to settings> itunes store> check rentals but that didnt work either. It took too long to even check. Thank you because this SOLUTION worked great.
SOLUTION: How to reset apple tv 3 3rd generation to view rented movies:on the apple tv remote: press and hold "menu" to go to the main menu. Select SETTINGS> GENERAL >RESET >RESET ALL SETTINGS. After the apple tv resets, input all your information again and your rented movies should be visible when you cruise above the "movies" section. THANK YOU!!
Apple needs to solve this issue because honestly it took me 3 hours and a half to watch a movie that only lasted 2 BECAUSE I wast trying to solve the issue, reseting and all. blahh. -

I woke up this morning to find my account has been disabled! When the account was reset I found that there was a $20 iTunes gift card purchased using a credit card that I do not own and my zip code changed. Has anyone else had this issue/hack?
Do you ever click on links to redirect you to another page? Do you navigate via Pop up? Sometimes doing that redirects, or just installs software without your knowledeg or permission. Sometimes a site is spoofed and you aren't even where you wanted to be, and have no idea:

I can not remember what the 2 charges are for,I may not have taken printouts for these.I have tried many times look up this question on lots of sites,but no luck.I would think one is for I Tunes Match but the other I Tuines I Cloud?

iPhoto is appearing as free on MAC store and it is also featured as one of the top 10 free apps, when i downloaded it, my credit card got charged for 790 rupees. I am using the latest OSX Maverick.
And yet to download the app you clicked on a button that told you that the app would be 790 rupees for you.
The iLife apps and the iWork apps are only free when you qualify to get them free. And when you get them free the buy button to download them says free. When the buy button has a price on it, that is how much you will pay for the app. -
I logged in to iCloud to pay for backup storage. I clicked on the 20GB option for $40, then changed my mind and clicked on the $100 for 50GB storage space. I thought the $100 50GB would over ride the $40 for 20GB, but I got charged for both.
How do I get a refund? Also I don't really know how much space I really need on iCloud.
Thank you for your answer. :)This has always been an unclear topic; Apple has said you can contact them within 15 days for an iCloud storage refund, but has not said what the appropriate contact is. Maybe someone else has done this before.

I didn't have my credit card on my itouch and i put it on to buy one song and then took off the credit card. My mom checked my bank account and I was charged over $20 for something we can't find. So I don't know if someone got into my account or what but I would like my money back.

I understand you are having issues adding payment information to your account.
If your account information does not match your credit card, you may get a message stating "The credit card was declined."
To expand on the above, your billing name or address may not match the address listed on your credit card statement. Any discrepancy in punctuation, abbreviation, or capitalization can cause errors, which might prevent you from purchasing from the iTunes Store. If you moved, or if your zip code changed recently, ask your credit card company to make sure their records are up to date and match exactly what you are entering as your billing information.
