I have 2 Apple Ids on my phone I purchased an App on 1 id but when I tried to upgrade it used the other id and the App wouldn't accept it as different account name. Asking me to download the App for this id. but can;t because the App is already installed on my phone.
you have to use the same ID you used to purchase an App to update it.
Normally when you go to the App Store and tap update for an App your iPhone will prompt you for the correct ID needed to update that particular App, but if this is not happening, then you should go to Settings, Store, sign out of the other Apple ID and log in with the one you need to update the App that is already installed on your iPhone..

Thanks but that doesn't give me the information I need. I am putting an email on my ipod for people to contact me for iMessage and FaceTime but when I put the email in, it gives me an error saying that the email cannot be veirified because it is already in use. My Apple ID can be varified, just not the email that they will contact me with.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -

I tried to download my pictures with my memory card from my camera (this has always been sucessful) however the pictures would not download, and appear to be encrypted and unable to view, also not saved in my 'Iphotos' This also erased the pictures from the memory card. With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a potential solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
did you get a message when trying to import from the memory card?
did you use a card reader?
what was you exact workflow for attempting the import?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library? See image below:
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

I have a new iPhone 4 which I cannot sync until I upgrade to the latest version of iTunes software (version 10.2.2). Upon trying to upgrade, I keep receiving a message which states, "The URL could not be opened." Anyone else had the same problem & does anyone have a solution? Would like to try other easier option(s) before uninstalling & installing newest version.

try doing the update would not download. So like a dummy I did what I went and downloaded the new itunes so it would update itunes did it before and it worked at first it would tell me that I was missing MSVCR80.dll so I downloaded it again and reinstalled it and now it won't work at all
Apple isnt here. this is a user based forum for technical questions. The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$

I save my project by returning to my songs, but the app quit. Now I can see my project, but when I try and open it an animated gb guitar whooshes up and the app quits. I have tried rebooting. I'm really not techie at all and will only understand answers that say a) your project's knackered or b) your project's fine, just do this one really easy thing. I am using an iPad 2 and there are no updates waiting.
Sydneybling it does sound like your security software is interfering with the process of installing and utilizing your Adobe Creative applications. I would recommend that you try temporarily disabling your security software and utilizing the directions listed at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html to install InDesign CC.

I am trying to sync my new IPhone 4 with ITunes. I have tried downloading the new version of ITunes on my pc like it told me to do but it stops in the middle of downloading and says that it is having trouble removing the old bonjour. It said I should contact support. What do I need to do?

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another install. Does it go through this time? -

Most, if not all, of the Angry Birds apps are not universal. The HD iPad versions won't sync to your phone, they are for iPad only. If you want the iPhone versions, you have to purchase them separately.

I downloaded the entire album specifically for this song. It kept getting hung up and hang up and on up until finally I stopped the download. I want to go redownload it, however it did not have the little download cloud to show that I had purchased it. I did download it though thinking maybe it was a mistake, they charged me another $1.29. It's set in Settings/General/Restrictions. You will need the Restrictions passcode to access the setting. Presumably someone placed the restriction on your phone. You need to talk to whomever set the restriction if it wasn't you.

Even though I purchased the download for the HP Game "Bejeweled 3", the game would not download.
The game has previously dowload easily, but currently has stopped downloading. Even after re-purchase, no response. Laptop notebook has been performly perfectly: HP G72-B61NR Notebook. I noted other with similar download problems for this game. Is there a problem with this game or HP Games in general.
iPhone does not normally save contacts to SIM Card. If there are contacts on the SIM Card the iPhone can read them, however. Tap Settings App > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > Import SIM Contacts.
