TS1702 I have been charge of something i didn't puchased

Hello there,
I have been charged something called luxembourg 3 times and i do not know what it is.  I recently bought an iphone and i know that i have tried to purchase some coins for a vitral pet that i downloaded call kozmos. But the application did not refresh me with more coins. I did try it a few times and still no luck.  So i'm woundering if i have been charged 3 times for this reason.
Many Thanks,
Jessica

  • HT1689 Who do I contact if I have been charged for something I haven't purchased?

I recently checked my bank statements and I have noticed at least on 5/6 occasions I have been charged for things ranging from £11 to £2.99, I have only purchased one book during the whole time I have used apps. Who do I contact to sort this out?

I'm not sure what 'I do to know what' means, but you can view the purchase history on yoru account via your comptuer's iTunes : if you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If you don't recognise the charge, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • TS1702 I have been charged twice for an app

I downloaded some app game points on my iPod touch and paid for it. It didn't come through on the app - it instead went to some 'enable Genius' page. So I went back and tapped on the install button again and it came up with "purchase this app?" and I clicked yes. I have now been charged twice for these points and I am NOT happy.
But my question is this: Does anyone have ANY idea how I can contact Apple for support because I have tried countless ways and nothing gets through. Yes, I have clicked 'report a problem' and it just takes me to the 'support' section where no 'reporting' is available.
    Many thanks,

has anyone noticed charges on their credit card statement from itunes but you never purchased anything?

If you believe that your account has been hacked, then chamge your password and alert your credti card company - ask them about reimbursement.
itunes has no telephone suuport.  If you would like to contact them, click Support at the top of this page, then click the link under Contact Us.

  • TS1702 I have been charged for an app. That I did not purchase.  Bingo blitz was a free app and now I have been charged for it.  How do I get my money back?

Hello I think I have put too much info in my question.  I do however need help getting my money back.  Thank you for your help.

There are a few apps with variations on 'Bingo Blitz' as their name, at least one of which is paid for and a couple of others, whilst free to download, then allow in-app purchases to be made within them (you can turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off').
If it's one of the free apps and you haven't made an in-app purchase within it then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

It is possible that you accidentally double clicked the order in some way, some how processing it twice. Clearly you don't need two copies of the same magazine and it is unlikely Apple will not refund you.
On the receipt there should be a section asking you to report a problem.   I suggest you do just that and the matter will be resolved.

It's possible that the message you got was to update the AirPort Express Base Station's (AX) firmware...and that something might have gone wrong during the upgrade.
Let's start by performing a "factory default" reset on the AX to get it back to it's original "out-of-the-box" condition.
Then, let's set it up to work with your cable modem...
AirPort Express Base Station Setup (AX) w/High-Speed Cable Modem
    Modem/Router Power ReCycling (optional)
    - Power-off the Cable modem, AX, & computer(s). (Wait at least 30 minutes. If possible, leave the modem off overnight.)
    - Power-on the Cable modem; Wait at least 30 minutes.
    - Power-on the AX; Wait at least 5 minutes.
    - Power-on the computer(s)
    Setup the AX
With the network components powered down, set up the AX, using the AirPort Admin Utility, either connect to the AX's wireless network or connect your computer directly (using an Ethernet cable) to the Ethernet port of the AX, and then, try these settings:
    AirPort tab
    - Base Station Name: <whatever you wish or use the default>
    - AirPort Network Name: <whatever you wish or use the default>
    - Create a closed network (unchecked)
    - Wireless Security: Not enabled
    - Channel: Automatic
    - Mode: 802.11b/g Compatible
    Internet tab
    - Connect Using: Ethernet
    - Configure: Using DHCP
    - WAN Ethernet Port: Automatic
    Network tab
    - Distribute IP addresses (checked)
    - Share a single IP address (using DHCP & NAT) (enabled)
Do not, at this point, set up any security (i.e., WEP/WPA encryption, closed network, etc.) to first make sure the AX is operating properly. Try to access the Internet wirelessly with your MacBook. If you're successful, go ahead and add any security features you wish.
