I'm unable to reverse my calculator when opening the app.
Turn off Portrait Lock.
Double tap the home button.
Slide to the left, then tap the lock icon to turn off Portrait Lock

I recently upgraded to 10.9.1 and now my OS server no longer works.It says I need to upgrade to a later version. I am unable to see a free upgrade in the app store.

My App store doesn´t work under my user. Everything is ok if I start with a guest user. I have a Yosemite MacBook Pro. How can I solve this? Because I'm unable to open the App Store, Mail, Contacts and so on. Please can you help me.

I updated my iPad 2 OS to iOS 6.0..after that I am unable to download or update anything from the App Store. The MSG I get is "id not valid for US store. Go to Indian store for purchase"..never faced this problem earlier before the update to OS 6..help!!

A little more info please. What app is causing you problems? What have you tried to fix it? And what if any error messages do you get?
You might try quitting the app and resetting your iPad.
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem. -

You might want to include a little more information such as the source of the download and the app. However, if you are referring to a movie purchased in itunes, yes, once downloaded you do not need WiFi to view. but it must be downloaded first.
To actually download or stream, you need a WifI connect that permits that. Most airline WiFi services block large file downloads and streaming. -

I had to delete the app and reinstall it from the App store(logged in with my apple ID) and its working without a problem. I do not get those error messages when I attempt to Buy/Upgrade or Add/Remove books.

I Have downloaded the upgrade from Mountain Lion to Yosemite. In thee process of so doing I have lost access to iTunes.
The app on desktop no longer opens the program and having downloaded and installed as per Apple instructions, can not make a connection.Hi, drjbuchanan.

Remote desktop connection unable to start, window stalls when opens RDC, any tips
remote desktop connection does not open, when rdc starts it stalls and can not press any button.

The update for Pages says it is installing however it has been like this for days. Cannot open the app. What can I do?
Double tap the Home button to bring up the multi-tasking bar...tap & hold any app until they all start to wiggle...tap the red minus sign to remove every app shown. Tap the Home button when finished. Try to delete the app now.

Changing template to previously created pages
I couldn't find a way to apply a different template to a page that I created previously. Am I missing something?
