TS1702 I purchased some videos for my kids and i cant even put it on my ipad2?
Can someone help me with this problem im having. I purchased some videos at the itune store for my kids and i cant put on my ipad to watch the videos but i can watch the movies i put on only the ones that i purchased cant work.
Pages will work on both the iPhone and iPad. Can you explain the problem in more detail than just "won't let me"?

Thank you for your helpyour situation is not new. Others have been told by Apple that they have to purchase the entire bottom panel in order to replace the feet. There are engineering solutions that can solve this problem, but to pay nearly $200 to replace a part that costs less than $1 (I am being very, very conservative) to manufacture is too excessive.
I have had the feet come off as well. Fortunately for me, I have not lost them and have been able to replace them. Why they cannot sell them individually is a puzzle to me. Perhaps some bean counter at Apple feels its too much effort to have these items individually in their inventory. I have had nothing but good comments to say about Apple, but sadly this is an exception.
To address your problem, I have seen second hand ones advertised on Ebay. The price was a bit steep, $10 as I remember. Other wise, wjosten's suggestion is the only alternative.

i just purchased 2 ipods for the kids and want to download music onto them but i cant set up the account first it said i was under the age specification (even though im 30) now it wont let me proceed without giving them credit card details( i dont own one) ive got the pre purchased cards so what do i have to do???

I purchased an iphone for my daughter and we are using the same account and she deleted some contacts from her phone and they were deleted off of my contacts as well. Is there a way to use icloud backup to reinstall the contacts to my phone?
Welcome to the Apple community.
You can only restore them from a Computer backup. This has occurred because you are sharing an iCloud account. ideally you should each have your own iCloud account, that way you can each manage your own mail, contacts, calendars, documents etc and avoid unintentional deletions and unwanted editing. If there is information you wish to share between you, this can be done with a secondary account.
Having separate iCloud accounts, doesn't mean you have to have separate iTunes accounts, so whilst you keep your personal data separate, you can continue to share music, apps, books, TV shows, movies etc. -

Try restarting the iPad (the red "swipe to power off", then power back on). That may get the movie to appear in the Videos app. If not, go here:

For the charging via USB, a lot of computers don't provide enough power to their USB ports to charge an iPad at a sufficient rate (it may still be charging, especially if the iPad's is locked and the screen is off), the iPad's own wall charger is generally the best way to charge it. -

That is determined by what type of disk that it is. It may be a disk that only allows you to install Windows on your Dell computer and would not allow Windows to be installed on a Boot Camp partitition or as a virtual machine in an app such as VirtualBox on your Mac. If that is the case, you would need to purchase a retail Windows install disk. -
i purchased 2 books for my iPad and they downloaded successfully. They show up in iTunes when my iPad is connected to my Mac but do not show up on the Mac. Is this a synch issue? When I click the Synch box I am warned that downloads on my iPad will be erased. Is that true? My ultimate goad is to be able to read the books on my iPhone as well. Thanks.
You should be able to copy them to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync them to the iPhone (or you could re-download them directly on the iPhone)

Hi, my iphone 5 (latest software) has put itself into recovery mode all on it's own today AFTER I took video of my kids and easter egg hunt. Is there a way to back up the phone prior to restoring it?New HDD (old 1 dead so no Bup)
Thanks Chris The phone has been great until this morning. When using the camera it seemed to shut down, then it was just looping the restart, and finally into recovery It never rains but pours Thanks anyway

I am trying to play some videos from the internet and I get the message "missing plug in". I click on the message and downlaod adobe flash player as prompted. When I log in again to play the videos, I still get the missing plug in message. Any suggestions??
that used to happen to me all the time! I would recommend going to a different sight or attempting to download it again ( you may have missed a step it can be tricky).

I just purchased several items for I-pad and the billing statement says billed to store credit. What does this mean ? I have a $20 i-tunes card how do I pay with this ? I'm an old **** and don't talk to anyone who plays with I-pad etc.
That means it should have used your iTunes card credit = store Credit.
