I rented a film from the store and download it on to my lap top i then moved it all ok to my ipad the following day my ipad restored to factory settings and i lost the rented film can someone please tell me how to get it back to either my laptop or ipad
Did you watch the movie on your computer?
You have 30 days from the time of rental to watch your movie, and 24 hours (in the US) or 48 hours (elsewhere) after you've started viewing to finish it. Once the rental period expires, the movie will disappear from your iTunes library.

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

Did you do File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases on iTunes 11) to copy your iTunes purchases over to your computer's iTunes prior to updating ? iTunes downloads (apps, ringtones, music, films, tv shows, ibooks) aren't included in a backup, only the contents and settings of third-party apps.
You should be able to re-download apps and, depending upon what country that you are in, potentially music : re-downloading. Ringtones are a one-time only download, so if they aren't on your computer nor on a backup then you will need to try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -
I lost all my iMovies and could someone please tell me how to get them back?
Recently I dropped my iPad and because I had apple care the next day I got a brand new one, but I accidentally started my new iPad as a new one. In the past I have made so many iMovies it's unreal and I have spent ridicolous amounts of time on making them, but when on my new iPad I downloaded iMovies again all my iMovies were gone. Is there anyway I can get them back.
Have you not backed up or transferred your movies to your computer at any point before you dropped your old iPad?
If the only copy of these movies was on the old iPad, and that iPad is now gone, then so are the movies that were on it. -

Hi I have a Konica Minolta PagePro 1300W printer. This works with my Windows-based Toshiba laptop but not with my i-Mac. I have the latest (Mountain Lion 10.8.2) OS-X software.
I have installed the printer using 'System Preferences' on my i-Mac and it appears on the list of available printers but documents that I create just don't print.
Can someone please advise me how I get the Konica Minolta PagePro 1300W printer to work with my i-Mac?

Please note: This printer is designed to be used in computer operating systems running MS Windows only. Operating systems such as UNIX, Macintosh, or Linux are not supported nor do we have workaround drivers available. Older MS Windows versions, such as Windows 3.1/95/98[pre-SE] and NT 3.51/4.0, are not supported.
So KM are not going to help you. But the LinuxFoundation does provide a workaround that should allow you to print. Have a look at this web page. You will need to install all three packages as per the instructions from that page. -

the mute button is a switch you need to flip, not touch. if you look at it and see color, its on.
