What can I do in this case?

Having been on Thunderbird for some years I have suddenly got the following message when trying to send mail.

I have checked the SMTP server settings in tools, account settings and they are as they have always been. Is there something I have missed?Sending through web mail is totally irrelevant to using an SMTP server. The message even says it is from the server. Why do you think this is a Thunderbird problem.
The provider has put in place measures to keep people from spamming other email recipients using thier SMTP server. You have seen the result of those measures. -
All of a sudden my iPhone 3GS gave me a message about setting "Location Services" I think? anyway, when it failed a few times, I was then directed to "restore" my phone. tried that and POOF!!!! could not be restored. Error 1 is a very bad Hardware Error of the Baseband Chip. There is no fix. If you have Warranty or AppleCare Coverage, make Genius Reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution.

ITunes could not copy "Song Name" to the iPhone because an unknown error occurred (-50)
Recently when I tried syching one of my playlists into my iPhone 4 (Running on 5.1) using iTunes 11.2.0.26 for Windows (Windows XP SP3), I have been having a problem with some songs I acquired recently. It will sync all the other songs, but when it reaches the song in question, the following error message pops up:
"iTunes could not copy "Name of Song" to the iPhone because an unknown error occurred (-50)"
After which, it stops synching songs altogether.
I tried TWO different USB connectors (BOTH from Apple), and the error still occurs. When I remove the song in question, ALL songs sync normally.
I used the 'Get Info' option to see if there was something in the way the song was coded. This info is from one of the songs that gets synched normally:

I purchased an album on ITunes store, while the items downloaded to my phone, it didn't download to my mac. Some of the songs downloaded but not the majority, when I try to download the songs, it gives me an error 8003 Unknown error occured. What am I doing wrong? If you are able to isolate the issue to a particular third-party software, you may wish to contact them to let them know of the conflict.

I have been trying for months to put iTunes on my laptop and kept getting installation errors in Windows 7. I gave up and just installed iTunes on my PC running XP.
Now I have to install Quicktime on the laptop and once again I get an installation error 0x800736FD.
All windows updates are fine, none failed.
I have removed all apple software from my laptop using CCleaner, common files and folders. Tried reinstalling and still the same error.
Could you offer any advice on how to get both quicktime and then iTunes working??
