TS1702 I was using my Iphone 3G then Backed it up and got my Iphone 5 but Farm Story and Resturant Story didn't reinstall. I have to download a new game instead of getting the games I had

I had a 3G Iphone and had Resturant Story and Farm Story downloaded. I backed up my phone on Itunes and when I synced my new Iphone 5 with Itunes my games didn't download with everything else. Now in order to play the games I have to start over because if I enter my storm ID it says that the ID is already in use. How do I fix this problem??

Just as the other two said, the Contacts aren't stored on the SIM card.
So what have you done differently from the 5 to 4 as far as signing in under
Settings---> Mail, Contacts, Calendars---> Accounts???

Does the original library file still exist on the computer? Hopefully when creating the new library it was done in a seperate folder as I do not believe iTunes allows for two library files in the same location.

Tried to up date, now I can't download a new firefox. I get the stop symbole on the icon after downloading

I am running MAC 10.5.8, and I was asked to up-date my Firefox and I tried. I would get the international symbol for not working on the icon after downloading. I up-dated my computer software, and I cannot up-date or even install a new Firefox.

okay so i have just restored my ipod and it was backed up on i cloud, now how am i supposed to get everything i had before on my ipod now?

Did you restore from iCloud backup?
iCloud: Restore your iOS device from iCloud
Doing so will will make the iPod like it was when the backup was made unless some apps are no longer available from the app store.

- Restore the iPad from the backup of the iPhone. Make sure all the apps are in the iTunes library.

Connect your phone to computer, and sync like this. Check the boxes for the playlists, artists, albums you want to sync. Then click Apply. If you have enough space on your phone, you can choose Entire music library.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

In that case the procedure assuming it is a PAYG phone is to get an o2 PAYG sim, put £20 on it and then make a few calls making sure you leave £15 on the sim to pay for the unlock. Then there is an online unlock request form on the o2 site just fill this in. It takes between 1-14 days and you get a message from o2 telling you how to complete the official unlock through iTunes.
I got my o2 unlock in nov 09 so this is not just opinion.
