TS1702 iTunes credit issue

I am having trouble with my iTunes account in that money is being taken from my credit card even though I have credit in my iTunes account. Can anyone give me a clue on how to fix?

Family Share Ignoring iTunes Credit

Is anyone else having problems with family share not taking from iTunes credit and changing the admin's credit card instead?

This is happening to us as well. I setup Family Share with my children so we could FINALLY share purchases! However I've never let them purchase apps without an iTunes gift card balance. BUT now that I setup family share, its not using their iTunes credit first. For example: my son has a $21.00 balance in his iTunes account from gift cards. So when he wants to buy an app or song, I get the request, I approve it and it's purchased. However, my debit card is being charged instead of using his iTunes balance first!
Does owns that help explain the issue better?

How are Family Sharing purchases billed?
When you initiate a new purchase, it will be billed directly to the family organizer's account, unless you have gift or store credit. First, your store credit will be used to pay the partial or total bill. The remainder will bill to the family organizer. iTunes Store credit on your account isn't shared with other family members. So if the family organizer has a $50 credit on their account and another family member initiates a purchase, it won't deduct from the organizer's iTunes Store credit, but will bill the organizer's credit or debit card.

As planb77 says, which is why we specifically did not buy Apple when looking for a mp3 player. We bought a Sansa Clip. Note that just about any non-Apple brand will have issues with Macs because the syncing software is only written for Windows, but at least you can find workarounds such as manually copying music files (which iPods do not allow).
We recently inherited an iPod Shuffle and somebody else gave me a 11 year old PC running Windows XP which I am going to set up so we can use the Shuffle. I agree it's ironic that I cannot run the Shuffle from my newer Mac computer but can run it from a real junker PC.

I can't spend my iTunes credit? Help!

So I had iTunes credit on my account. I then moved over seas to the UK. Shortly after the move my bank US banking details linked to my account expired. Now that they are expired I can't download anything because I need to verify my outdated bank details. In order to correct my bank details I have to change my country/region. Problem is... I can't change my country/region because I still have credit on my account.
So I'm in a bit of a issue. I can't spend my credit because I can't change my details. So I am currently unable to download even free apps! HELP!? How do I fix this!?

Cannot send gift card when I have a iTunes credit balance

Hi,
I understand that you can't gift iTunes credit to somebody else, but is there any way to bypass your credit?
I gifted an album to somebody yesterday, and it automatically bypassed my credit and charged it directly to the credit card associated with the account. No problem. But when I tried to also send somebody a $25 credit, it wouldn't let me. Why doesn't iTunes bypass my credit in this situation as well? Is there any way to force it to ignore the credit?

ITunes credit temporarily unavailable?

I got an iPhone recently and went on a big of an app-spree today. I was only downloading free apps. I nabbed about 7 apps. The next app I clicked, I got a message saying that my iTunes credit was temporarily unavailable, please try again later.
First off, I don't have any credit (from gift cards or otherwise). Second, I'm "buying" FREE apps so I don't even need any credit. So what's the deal?
Did iTunes decide I'm buying too many apps so they temporarily suspended my account in case my account was compromised? That's the only logical solution I can think of.
Has anyone else ran into this issue? Is there a quick fix? I would like to continue gorging myself on apps ASAP!

ITunes credit vanished

So I was browsing through iTunes for a few songs to PURCHASE, then I clicked on an album I liked and before I clicked on BUY ALBUM I looked at my credit amount and I had 38.88 left, so I went ahead and clicked on BUY ALBUM. The next thing I know, there is a pop up asking me to enter my payment method, and I was simply like huh? Then I noticed that I could not PURCHASE anything!
I logged in and out from my account, I closed all apps, I even turned off and back on my iPad to see maybe it was some type of glitch, and a,l was in vain for I could NOT get my credit amount to be displayed again!
How can I get my credit back?
I am super peeved!

Alright iTunes credit reappeared, so I am happy, but still rather concerned about this type if issue reoccurring in the future! Hopefully it does not happen again.

I had the same error when trying to update my apps on my ipod touch. I tried to input my security code numerous times to no avail. I also made sure my billing address was the same as what my bank had on file. To fix the issue I went into iTunes, logged onto the iTunes store, went to account settings and reviewed my recent purchases. Turned out that I had made a recent purchase and didn't have enough money left on my credit card to pay for it at the time. I paid off the credit card, and then input my security code once more and now it works fine. I've heard that some debit or pay as you go credit cards require a minimum balance, so make sure you have at least that amount in your account.

Problem redeeming emailed iTunes credit.

I received an email that I was gifted an iTunes credit, with a link to 'redeem.' When I click on the redemption link, I go to a waiting screen for eternity. It says to open iTunes if it doesn't automatically, which I have done - both before and after trying to redeem, but no luck. It just bleeps away thinking. Any ideas? My internet connection is fine, I can navigatge the iTunes store and internet while trying to get info on the next step to redeem my credit. Too bad they just don't email you a redemption number so you can go into the iTunes store and punch it in like with a gift card.

Sales orders with credit issues taking availability stock

Hi,
I am doing confirmation using Global ATP in APO. The confirmation is well done, but the confirmed quantity for sales orders with clients that have credit issues is taken the available sotck for other sales orders with ok clients that I want to confirm the quantity they ordered.
For example:
Stock: 10 PC
Client A order 15 PC and 10 are confirmed, but the ordered is retained becuse of credit issues with client A.
Then client B order 3 PC, but nothing is confirmed because the ordered for client A is reserving the stock (note: this would be ok if client A had not credit issues).
So, I want that the 3 PC for client B are confirmed and the 10 PC not reserved for the cient A while client A has credit issues.
How could I configured, so that the orders with credit issues do not reserve stock for the incoming orders?

thanks for the quick answer.
I checked the configuration in the R3 and seems to be fine. To prove it, I disconnect APO and did the availability check in the R3 system and it is working fine; the orders quantities that are blocked because of credit issues, do not reserve stock for incoming orders.........son new incoming orders are well confirmed.
But after connecting APO the problem continues. I checked the next points.
In R3 transaction CO09: takes to the APO screen and you see the ATP available quantity OK (do not consider the quantities of the credit issues orders). But at the moment that you make the order (VA01) it does not confirm any stock and if you select the line and go to the ATP screen (the same you get from the CO09) the quantities of credit issues orders are taken into account..the ATP availability quantity changes from the first going directly from the CO09.
What could it be?
Note: it was working fine with APO, I started to have the issue after implementing note 1262475 in APO. This note was becuase the BAPI_APOATP_CHECK was not brigning any value for the ATPQTY_***.
