TS1702 Keep being told my apple I'd is disabled?? Can not update any apps.

I go to update my apps on my iPad and I get a warning that my account has been disabled. Funny thing I'd that when I use the same password to log into ITunes store or anything other then the apps it works. Why am I getting this message and unable to update my apps????

If changing your password does not work, then contact itunes support.

Change your iTunes Store country
Sign in to the account for the iTunes Store region you'd like to use. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region.
Follow the onscreen process to change your region, agree to the terms and conditions for the region if necessary, and then change your billing information.

I had one App to update, alleways whene i tryd to do so the App told me that the App was buyed with a different ID and the Update stopped.
Untill last night whene a finaly was able to update the App.

I have two apple id's because when my ipod crashed I had to reset it completely. I have never had any problems with this before, and it has been a year since I got my second id, which is linked to the ipod. My first id is used for the cloud on the same device. My wife suggested I reset documentson the cloud for the second id, however, when I try to log on the cloud with my current id, it tells me I have to set up the cloud on that device, but it is already done, but with the old id.

I have no idea where this user came from, but I need to update my apps and get this user off my computer. The users email is locked, it is grey in colour and I can not get it off. I've tried my system settings and the app store, logging in does not change the fact that there is a strange email there. I need help, please! You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove is not necessarily the one named in the App Store alert. For example, the App Store may prompt you to update "Angry Birds" or "Twitter," but the hacked app may be something else entirely. Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you must carry out a systematic search with Spotlight.
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it:

If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
At least one of the apps in the Spotlight search results is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash, after quitting it if it's running. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
Quit and relaunch the App Store. Test.

I am getting frustrated because I can't update my apps that were downloaded under the old apple id. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I have already tried signing back in under my old apple id and it says that that id is no longer in use.

Applications are connected to the Apple ID that they were purchased/downloaded with. If you updated your ID, you should be able still sign in with that ID, if you are logged into that ID on the phone. However, if you created a new Apple ID, then you would not be able to use that ID to update the apps.

This what finally worked for me
updating apps on 4s iPhone and iPad 3.
delete apps on both devices.
restart both devices.
then you should be able to use everything appropriately.
AT&T was having problems last week, I removed that app plus coupons, gas buddy and one other.
Actually I removed that would not update.
I still can not connect to safari.
The error message says it can not find the server.
Do you know how to fix this?

This is a user to user forum; there is no one from Apple here to get back to you. Apps and music are forever associated with the Apple ID account they were purchased with. There is no way to transfer them to a different account. That is why Apple lets you change the email address associated with your account without having to get a new account. If you didn't do this, but instead got a completely new account, you are out of luck. You can still go back to the old account and just get a new email address for it.

My Apple ID was disabled per my request because someone kept hacking into my icloud account and charging over $1000 worth of games. I went to AT&T yesterday and had them reset my password and said everything would be fine now. Well, its not. Nothing with upgrade. It still says my Apple ID is disabled. Is there anyone out there who can help me to reset my code correctly and to be able to upgrade my phone, my ipad and my home computer? I just had surgery and am not able to leave the house.
