Have you tried redownloading them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If they were in-app purchases see:

You should always have a recent back up of your phone. If you have a copy of the app on your computer, you can always restore it to the device.

It sounds like you have a user account named Ghost, that you want to delete all content from and remove from the computer. This article will help you do that named:
OS X Lion: Delete a user account

Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, and then click Users & Groups or click Parental Controls.
Click the lock icon to unlock it, and then type an administrator name and password.
Select the user account you want to delete, and then click Delete below the account list.
Do one of the following:
Select “Save the home folder in a disk image” to save the folder as a disk image in /Users/Deleted Users/.
Select “Don’t change the home folder” to leave the home folder in /Users/.
Select “Delete the home folder” to remove it from the computer. If you want to prevent programs that read raw data from retrieving any files, select “Erase home folder securely.”
Click OK.
Keep in mind, if you remove the user and delete the data, without Time Machine you will not be able to restore any data from it in the future.

When I downloaded Mavericks, I could not figure out how to download them without the charges. When I downloaded the most recent OS to my iPad, I got a prompt to download them. It's not correct at all. It is true that Apple is offering Numbers, Keynote and Pages for free, but only for users who have purchased a Mac after October 1st, 2013, and for existing iWork '09 users. If you have not got iWork '09 and you purchased your Mac before October 1st, you need to pay for these apps.
The new iWork version (Numbers, Keynote and Pages) is criticised by its lack of features. Instead, I recommend you to get LibreOffice or, if you need the most complete productivity suite, Office for Mac. Give LibreOffice a try first

Check the console app to see if there are any error messages. I had one app showing an issue (Pet Hotel) the error was (truncated):

I manually snyc'ed that particular app and then re-ran the restore and am now the proud owner of a working iphone. Not sure it is the same problem or app but looking in the console was the key!

you are responsible for reinstalling any apps. It is not Apples responsibility as outline the the service agreement. Do you have the product key?

I held down shift and clicked i tunes and created the library. I was told you can switch back and forth. I cannot find the old library and all of my playlists. When in recovery mode you can't backup the iPod.
You will have to restore via iTunes. See:

To restore from backup see:

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
