TS1702 Numerous new apps (including download of updates on existing apps) is frozen (for several days). I have tried to delete the downloads........however to no avail.........several of the downloads are for previously purchased apps.......please help!!
Numerous new apps and downloads for existing apps have been frozen (after trying to install) for several days now......I have tried to delete or reinstall.....however....to no avail.......please help.....before I try the final solution......5 pounds of C-4.......DAMMIT JANET!!!!!!
So I reinstalled OS X Mavericks and that fixed the problem.

For the past several days, I have been getting this message during backups:
Time Machine could not complete the back up. The backup disk image "Volumes/Data/bhoppy2's iMac.sparsebundle" could not be accessed (error-1). When I click on the 'help' icon on the message, it reverts to a blank page, and I cannot find anything online regarding the term 'sparsebundle.' Hi Chris thanks for the reply , my iMessage was working until I listened to voda domes instructions to do a network reset now it's says waiting for activation , I have reset the phone I have a SIM card change as Vodafone thought my SIM card was faulty and took the phone back to the shop and changed it for a new one , I've been on many forum sites and a lot of people are having the same problem as I can send a txt message bit can't receive them Andy account is set up correctly on vodafones side ... I am we'll and truly lost for ideas on what to do .

Most of my iPhone 4 memory is taken up with "other" there is no reason for this. I have tried to clear as much history as possible but cannot reduce the size of this.

I can no longer download any NPR podcasts I subscribe to.
I can download and listen to other podcasts but none from NPR.
I have tried downloading the podcasts on computers that run Windows 7 and Windows 8. Other podcasts, music etc. download fine.
iTunes version: 11.3.0.54
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling iTunes and I have tried unsubscribing and resubscribing to the podcasts.
I don't have trouble getting NPR podcasts from the store. I just can't play them in iTunes.For additional context and to verify if we are talking about the same behavior. Here is what the download screen looks like on my iPod:

I have tried 3 days to download the game Rome Total war for MAC Pro and NOT impressed. keeps crashng and take s at least 10 hours to load.

I uploaded Firefox again, so I could work with Property-bee site, to show me sale history of property when in sites like Rightmove.co.uk. It worked when I first downloaded firefox and then property-bee. After switching my laptop off, then on again later that day - when i go to rightmove.co.uk, the history provided by Property-bee is no longer valid - and shows All houses as only being advertised on Today date. Please can this be sorted as soon as possible? There must be a box ticked-or not, that will allow the correct information to show?! Please advise?!

The message implies that a previous purchase may not have been paid-for due to problems collecting the money from your account. Have you tried logging into your account and updating/changing your payment details (tap on your in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and tap 'view Apple id' on the popup and sign into it) ? Until there is an accepted payment method on your account (credit card, redeemed iTunes gift cards) and what you owe has been paid then you won't be able to download anything (including app updates).

Is there any sort of error message on the payment details screen on your account ? If not then if you enter your card's security code does that trigger an error message ?

So when I go to update my apps and/or purchase them, a pop up comes up saying 'There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Tap continue and sign in to view billing information.' So I press continue and sign in, then it goes to my 'Payment Method' page. In red writing below, it says 'There is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Please enter another payment method.' Because I used a MasterCard for my last purchase, it won't let me change it. I redeemed my account from an Itunes gift card to $20 but I cannot use it as it doesn't give me the option of using it. My only billing options are either a Visa Card, MasterCard or Amex Card. Please help me if possible!!!

Can someone help me. I am using an iPad mini with iOS 7.0.4 with wifi connection. Have had no problems until recently when I was unable to update apps and then noticed that some apps would open but no data would be available in apps like intelicast and Pinterest. I have restored the iPad and now I am unable to download any of my previously purchased apps.
1. Make sure iPad is using the latest software
2. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
3. Make sure Time Zone is correct
4. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo. -

I also had the same issue (I downloaded IOS6 on my Ipad in Germany, when I was travelling). I could not get into the Settings/ITunes & App Store and log out of my account as the Apple ID was greyed out and nothing happened when I clicked on my user id. I then had to go into iTunes and found that my user id at bottom of the screen in ITunes, click on my user id and assume that the german words meant to log out. I then was able to log back in and English was restored in the iTunes and App store.
