TS1702 on my iPad when I try to login to Directv my password is not being accepted

Please Help!  When I try to login on Directv app my password is not being accepted, how can I correct this?

there are a few things you can try.
Go to settings>general>reset>reset all settings. if that does not help then do a back up and restore of the iPad these articals will help you with that.
