After I updated my ipad mini to ios 7 i cant download applications nor update. What should i do to resolve my problem?

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.

TS1702 Please help! App problem

Hello, so I don't know what exactly to do in this situation. I had an app downloaded called photolocker, that allowed me to lock any photos I wanted to to in a folder and password protect it. It worked great, until the iOS 7 update. Once I updated my iphone, the app never got a update. So there was a glitch with the app, it hasn't been working for a month now. Every time I go to the app and try unlocking the folder to see my photos , it shows me a white screen and doesn't allow me to type in my password, the keyboard doesn't even come up. Many people have been complaining about this and I'm curious if there's anyway I can contact the owner of the app? Anyway to get it resolved? It may not seem like a big deal to most, but it is to me. I had over 500 photos in that app, that I don't have saved anywhere else. I can't get a hold of any of those photos anymore! If anyone has any idea what to do, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Whether the developer is still supporting the app I don't know, the app doesn't appear to have been updated since January last year.

I purchase an app and then it downloads on my computer, my ipad and my husbands I pad. I only want it to download on my ipad and often it gets stuck and tries to download for days, even after I have tried to delete it or cancel it. It is costing us a fortune in download on our internet bill. I had an episode of the walking dead that tried to download for months and would get stuck, I would cancel it and delete it and still it would try. How do I stop items from downloading on every device in the house, and how do I stop sticky downloads from downloading.

If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
• Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
• After restart, the Waiting should be gone.

I have the Keynote app. I created a beutiful presentation with all the transition effects that Keynote gives us. But i transfered the file via iTunes to my Windows PC, and when i opened it on Power Point 2007, all the effects didn't work. Is this normal?

That would be the wireless number assigned by AT&T when the purchaser of the iPhone signed up as a customer with AT&T. If neither you nor your uncle ever activated the iPhone with AT&T, click the "non customer" button.
Note that jailbreaking often renders it impossible to get an iPhone officially unlocked, so don't be surprised if it fails. If it does, then you may have to buy a new iPhone, this time one that is officially unlocked.

Hi, when you say you have tried everything... I presume you have gone into Settings > Store and logged out and back in with your account details?
You could try purchasing an app via iTunes to see if its an issue with the device or the account you're using.

You might have better luck go to the developer's website since it appears to be a problem with the app not with the iPod. Also, the developer would know about updates.

Which particular version of QuickTime for Windows are you currently running? (7.7.5, 7.7.4, something earlier?)

These are all steps that have worked for some other users in the past. They may not work for you, but they are worth a try.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
