TS1702 purchased app not showing up in app list

I recently purchased an app that shows up in my purchase history, but doesn't appear in the app store page with all other apps. How might I fix this?

If they were purchased using a different Apple ID than the one your phone is signed in to in Settings>iTunes & App Stores they won't appear until you sign into the other ID. They also won't appear if they are no longer available in the app store.

Previous purchased do not show up in app store....

Just bought a new iPad. Something strange happening here.
When I click on the "previous purchases" button on the iPad, I get a blank screen - none of the purchases actually show up.
But, the strange part is, that if I click on a blank part of the screen, an app will be selected - it is like the apps are there, I just can't see them. I can touch on random parts of the screen and select different apps - just can't see them. I can also search for a previously purchased app, that I know I have purchased before, and pull it up.
Any idea what is going on?
I have closed all apps, restarted the iPad, reset the network settings, logged out and back into the app store, I have restored the iPad and re-loaded everything from the backup.
Any ideas as to why these won't show up, and how to fix it?
The iPad is a 64GB New/3rd Gen WiFi only iPad.

That's been happening to everyone apple is working as faust as they can to fix it so there's really nothing you can do
Go to the previous purchased screen and touch anywhere tell me what happens

The check box for syncing apps not showing in iTunes Apps page

My new iPad is syncing Books, iTunes U, Movies and Music but not Apps. When I look in iTunes on my iMac the option box to sync apps is not there. It just says Apps all the other pages, Music, TV Show, Podcasts etc. have a check box for syncing. Any idea why Apps does not?

In the iTunes User Guide it shows a sync check box next to Apps as you can see it's not there.
I do see the Sync check box for Music, Movies, etc.

Some Apps not showing in the Apps page of iPhone

Hi,
I have an iPhone 4s with tonnes of apps on it. When synced with my computer in iTunes I can see a bunch of apps which I can sort by size etc and install and remove. Great. Except the list isn't complete. I seems like the newer apps I've downloaded onto the phone aren't found. This is odd because in the pane next to the list is a recreation of the home screens of my phone and I can see all the apps there.
Any ideas?

Running Apps not showing up in app-switcher with Lion

One peculiar issue I am running in to is that, as the iMac is running for awhile, some of the running apps suddenly no longer appear in the app switcher window (command-tab). they are clearly running, but cannot be switched to. this is very frustrating. Even quitting these apps and re-launching them will not make them re-appear in the switcher.
The only thing that cures this issue (temporarily) is to log out / log back in or reboot the iMac.
Anyone else run in to this, is there a solution to this problem?

Temporary fix that I found online, WITHOUT restarting is to type
killall -KILL Dock
in the Terminal

Downloaded apps not showing up in apps tab

I downloaded several apps using the itunes store, most were free, some I bought. After they all downloaded, only a few showed up in the Applications Tab on itunes. I found the ones that didn't show up on my computer and they downloaded as APP files in a different spot than the other files that do show up. I've already checked for available downloads and even re-downloaded some of the apps, but the same ones still won't show up. What do I do.

tried dragging but it won't let me. the apps that are showing up are in this file: _C:\Documents and Settings\Matt\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\Mobile Applications_. the apps that won't show up are in this file: _C:\Documents and Settings\Matt\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\Mobile Applications\Downloads_. then each application has it's own folder and inside that folder a file called download and a file called info. i can't open either file with my computer, it says i don't have the right program, even if i select itunes as the program to open them. it's like they downloaded the application but didn't open it up. the ones that worked have the itunes icon next to them and under type say Apple Device Application File. the ones that don't work have a smaller icon and say APP File.

Searching for apps not showing the desired apps

On 6/28/2012 at around 4 PM EST, I searched for the app "Chrome" on my iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1.1. I wasn't shown the Chrome browser in the search results. However, when I search for the same app on iTunes on my mac, I can find that app. I don't want to synch my phone to my comupter just to install this app. Any idea why might this be happening. This isn't the first time, it has happened before too. BTW my account is US iTunes based account.

But this issue always happens, whenever there is a new app. I have to wait for a day or two or install it by synching the phone to my mac. I just want to throw it out there, so that I know if this happens to others or just me.

IPad's apps not showing in iTunes app management

We have iPad Air and now a brand new Macbook Air. After getting everything back from old Macbook Pro to MB Air using Time Machine I started to tweak with iPad again.
It finds the iPad just fine, sync seems to work, but in Apps tab I can't see any of the apps installed on iPad in the left column. I can't now move files between the laptop and iPad's VLC Player because of this. All the softwares is now up to date, but before the old laptop broke, it used older osx and possibly iTunes as well than now. Maybe sudden update to these have caused some kind of glitch and prevents me from seeing the apps using Macbook..? Any ideas?

Well, I don't really use iTunes that much, so there weren't any content in the library to recover. I have just installed a few apps straight to iPad using appstore on it. I use iTunes just to move some movie files to VLC.
So, at the beginning, I had
- Older MBP running Mountain Lion and possibly older version of iTunes. Also had iPad with few apps including VLC, installed on it straight from AppStore. Could access VLC in File Sharing menu via iTunes.
Then the laptop got broken and now
- I got Macbook Air with latest osx and itunes. Files and settings recovered from Time Machine. Everything seems to be in place and iPad gets recognized by iTunes
- When plugging iPad in, I can see apps installed on it for a while during sync (if I select Apps tab in iTunes as soon as I plug it in). The icons are grey and after sync is complete, they disappear from the list completely and I'm left with correct screenshots of iPad on right side, but nothing in the list to actually access the apps.
Edit: and to answer the question, the apps are still on iPad and running just fine. The access just isn't working for some reason

An app that I purchased will not show up on my phone. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it with no success. The app shows up in itunes but cant and it shows i transfered it but will not show up on the phone. Please HELP!!!!!

If it's an iPad only app that is whats would happen

Were they previously downloaded/synced to your iPhone, and if they were have you got them in the TV Shows and Movies parts of your computer's iTunes library. When you update via a computer the device is backed up, the iOS version is updated, and your content is then restored to the device - but none of your iTunes downloads are included in the actual backup (just your documents, notes, calendars, app settings etc), instead it looks to get the apps, music, films, TV shows from your iTunes library.
If the 'show all' setting isn't showing them then what country are you are in, you are logged in with the same account that you bought them with, you haven't changed countries since buying them and they aren't hidden : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases ?

Purchased DevonThink To Go 07/31/12.
Since then had to reset iphone & reinstall Mountain Lion.
Now app not showing up in om Iphone as purchased. Others are but NOT Devonthink To Go.
Have done what was suggested but no luck.
Have the email receipt of purchase but no links to DL.
Any help appreciated.

Wekk Cal app not showing up in notifications

I have a very nice calendar app, "Week Calendar". One option is that you can place a badge on the homescreen icon showing the week number, day of week and so on.
After iOS5 it was no longer possible to put such a badge on the icon.

On my iPhone4S the badge was easy to get back following the instructions.
On my iPhone3GS, I can not get past nr 3 on the list, because "week calendar" does not show up under settings-notifications. It is not possible to enable week cal under notifications, there is no trace of this app on the list.
The 3GS is runnning iOS5.0.1 and the app is installed (and in use) on the 3GS.
I have contacted Utilitap, but they have noe idea why the app doesnt show up on the list.
Any ideas?

Premiere Pro CC not showing up in my list of apps in creative cloud.

I have purchased a 1 year 1 app membership for Premiere Pro CC and when I go to download it, it takes me directly to Creative Cloud. Premiere does not show up in the list of apps for some reason. Any solutions?

I just signed up for a 30 day trial and I'm really excited to use the software for movie editing, however I just saw this post after I was trying to use Premiere Pro and sadly I don't have a machine with 64 Bit OS. I was just seeing if there is any way I can cancel my free trial and then start it back up after I get a new computer. I'm really excited about using Premier Pro but want to make sure I can try it out with a film project before purchasing and I don't know how long it will take to get a new computer.

Mobile apps not showing in itunes after upgrade

After upgrading to iTunes 10.5.1.42, the apps I've purchased no linger show in the library listing. They are still on my Windows 7 machine in the folder ...\music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications. They just do not show in iTunes. Does anyone know how I can get them to show again?

I get to this step in step 5 but I dont have the file/directory
Double-click the "usbaapl" file. (This file will be called "usbaapl64" if you have a 64-bit version of Windows. If you don't see "usbaapl64" here, or if there is no Drivers folder, look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers. instead).
Where can I download the needed file? I think it is called usbaapl64

If you want all apps to show in the Apps part of your iTunes library then go in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) and on the Store tab tick the 'show iTunes in the cloud purchases' tickbox - that should show anything that is still in the store, and which you haven't hidden (hiding and unhiding) or is currently downloaded into your library, to show in your library with a cloud icon against them (tap on the cloud icon to redownload an item). Or you can see what is redownloadable by clicking on your name towards the top right of the iTunes screen and then click 'Purchased' on the popup.
