TS1702 Purchasing apps from the Itunes store

Hallo,
Can someone help me with the purchasing of the apps from the I tune store? I actually get an error that I need to get in touch with the Itune store because the transaction can not proceed. I'm looking my *** off in whole i tunes support but can not find anything simular to it.
I'm able to download the free apps but the ones I need to pay for is not possible.
Also my account has been blocked by Click &Buy but freed after some time, since then I've got this problem

Quit the iBooks app and restart the iPad and see if that helps.

Very very likely that tax is applicable and tax is more than $0.01. You need to add a payment method for the tax. If you add a credit card, the girft card balance will be used up first.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past music purchases, delete the broken tracks only from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.
BTW, are these all recent purchases (last 8 weeks or so) or does it affect older tracks also?

After you have finished, you can re download your iTunes purchases without having to re purchase.

Do you have Restrictions set that prevent adding the apps? (Settings>General>Restrictions).

Apps from the iTunes store are only for ios based devices. ie iPad or iPhone
If you want an app for your Macbook use the App Store on the toolbar and you can purchase a mac version if it exists.

I purchased my iPad in your London store on 20th May 2012, serial no. DM*******J8T. I have been purchasing apps from the London store, without any problems. Last week, however, receiving a prompt that updates were available, I logged on hoping to update, which resulted in the following window:

Your account is not valid for use in the US Store.
You must switch to the UK Store before purchasing.<
I have done nothing to facilitate this change in stores and have no way of knowing how to switch back to the UK store.
This is a recent development, I have not had any problems connecting to the UK store before, in fact it happened automatically. Can the fact that I am not actually in the UK now but spend most of my time in Indonesia? This has not effected my purchases from the UK store before, however.

3. Tap on your Apple ID
4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."
7. Tap "Change Country/Region"
8. Select the region where you are located.
9. Tap "Done".

My account balance was deleted and now I can't purchase anything from the iTunes Store

I redeemed a $100 gift card about a month ago, used barely any of it and now the balance has been deleted from my account. I added another $40 in gift cards today and still cannot purchase anything from the iTunes Store. A red message pops us telling me to contact iTunes Support. How can I:
1) Recover my account balance?
2) Make a purchase?

Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if it then works.

When you go to Starbucks, you'll need to first go to Settings on your iPad and choose Network. You'll see ATTWIFI as one of the available networks. When you click on that to select it, you should be immediately sent to AT&T's sign in page. You just need to check the box that says you agree to their terms and conditions and then hit the Connect button and you'll be online. One warning, however. If your Starbucks is anything like those in Manhattan, be prepared for really slow wifi. It can be a real pain waiting for pages to load sometimes.

My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. What country are you in ? Re-downloading music isn't currently possible in all countries (the record companies need to agree to it for each country). If you are in a country where music can be re-downloaded, then if the tracks are still in the store then they should show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
