TS1702 Smurfs village app is a rip off!

Smurfs village app crashed and lost all my data. Have tried everything suggested by the developers and Apple website.  How to get a refund on all the in app purchases I invested into this stupid rip off app?

Found the solution myself - again!
There's a problem with the Apple servers which is why some games aren't loading.  You begin to open them only for them to automatically close and take you back to your home page.
Turn your iPhone on to airplane mode and you'll be able to access your game.
Apple and co. are working on the fix and advise you not to reinstal or troubleshoot yourself.

    My smurf village app worked fine until this morning, now it won't load.  The beeline screen pulls up like its loading but then goes back to my home screen... I tried restarting my iPad a few times and connecting to my computer and now am out of ideas...

    you can turn on the airplane mode function so the app isn't trying to reach their server
    there is currently a server issue but you can still get in your game to save crops, etc.

    I would and many others who purchased this app (emoji) this comes free under our setting on our phones but of course us new users wouldn't know that till after this app is purchased. I do feel we should be accredited on our accounts and this app removed or we will be deterred to purchase any more from the App Store. I think as us being customers we should come first, don't you?

I have already had to have a technician to look at it and really couldn't figure out what the deal was.  I was told that the APP store software should give me no problems but the truth is that it locks up on the software. This machine is only 4 weeks old and I am using 37 g on a 1 T hard drive. There is no reason for it to be locking up. Also, when I try to use the help program, it always tells me that I am not connected to the internet even though I have used both the mail program and the browser with no problem just before that. I successfully used the help program on my pc lots of times. I did not need a $2000. plus machine to just get email. I just wanted to unload on somebody that might understand my pain and after checking out this site...I think there is a few of you out there.

    The apps downloaded from the Mac App Store are written by third party developers, not Apple. If you have problems  with those apps you need to visit the support area for their websites. Launch the App Store, locate the app name. You should see a support link.

    Go to ~/Library/Preferences. Move the com.apple.helpviewer.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Trash. Restart your Mac, try the Help menu.
    If you need help finding that file, hold down the Finder icon in the Dock then click: New Finder Window. From the menu bar top of your screen click: Go > Go to Folder. Type this in exactly as you see it here:   ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.helpviewer.plist    That will take you right to that file.
    (.plist) files stores information about a particular app or in this case, the Help viewer. Often times deleting the .plist file resolves the issue.
    It's fine to "unload"... we understand that you expect your iMac to be stable but there are times when things go awry. That's why we have these forums so that you can you get help.

    And the processor limitations.
    iPad: RAM - 256MB, Processor - 1 GHz Apple A4
    iPad 2: RAM - 512MB, Processor - 1GHz dual-core Apple A5
    iPad 3: RAM 1024MB, Processor - 1GHz dual-core Apple A5X
    Similarily, the iPad 2 did not get Siri and some other features in iOS 6.

    The original iPad does not have the memory and processing power to run more recent version of the iOS. 5.1.1 is the latest it can run.

    You don't mention what device and iOS version you are using so I'll give you a generic fix for now.
    You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
    Try to download and run the app again to see if the problem persists.

    Just because an app is free to download doesn't mean that there aren't in-app purchases available.
    Go to iTunes on your computer, log into the iTunes Store with your Apple ID & password, and check your purchase history.  Be advised that all iTunes & App Store purchases are final.

    You may have debris in your headphone jack blocking the sensor.  Try blowing hard on the jack, and inserting/removing your headphones quickly multiple times to clear it.

    It is your responsibility to backup your purchases.  Have you failed to do this?

    I have the smurf village game on the iphone, which I purchased through the itunes appstore. I was trying to buy some in game smurfberries, and the game asked me for my itunes password which i duley entered, but then it said that i wasnt a test user account and i needed to create a new acount in the sandbox environment, but didnt given me any links or anything.
    I contacted Capcom to ask what to do and they told me to power down the phone and turn it back on again, and if that didnt work I had to contact Itunes. It didnt work and when i contacted itunes they basically told me that they only support with billing etc! So I am posting here, and hoping that some kind person will take pity on me and tell me what to do!
