how do you switch to canadian store?
Open iTunes Store. Locate your logged in email address, click on the Log Out link. Log in using your Apple ID for the Canadian Store.
Since you apparently purchased apps while logged into the Canadian store you must log into that store in order to update them.

I am getting the same message. This is what I did to update my apps.
Go to the App Store and search for one of the apps that needs an update. When the app appears in the search - there should be an Install button next to the app icon. Tap on it and see if the download will start. It worked for me.
After over two years of owning iPads and never having had this happen before - this is happened to me twice now in the last two weeks. It's weird, but it happens. -

Those apps were purchased with another Apple ID; delete it and download them with your own Apple ID.

Why can I not download apps on my iPod? I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.
