When you get the email iTunes receipt for your purchase you should find a "report a problem " along side the description of your purchase follow that link

There are several things that might help, not all of which would be feasible depending on your situation: (1) Move the TiVo unit and AirPort Express closer together. (2) Use another AirPort Express to "extend" the network of the first AirPort Express. Put the second AirPort Express half way between the first AirPort Express and the TiVo unit. (3) In the general case, Power-Line equipment might allow the TiVo unit to get a good signal, but it's likely that the Ethernet port of your AirPort Express is probably connected to your broadband modem, so that solution wouldn't work for you. (4) Changing the band or channel that the AirPort Express is using might help. If the TiVo unit is connection on the 5 GHz band, try one of the three-digit channels, which are allowed to use higher power.

I actually have already activated it the passport on AT&T and you are correct as long as Verizon continues with this whole must have CDMA than eventually Verizon will be in Sprints spot. Have to keep up with the changing landscape. As we all know blackberry did not do. However this new passport is so amazing and has that wow factor I think they could be onto something. Let's hope they stay on this path because they are the only phone I use. While there are a lot of great phones out there I am a blackberry user.
I most likely will not go with the classic because I can't see me going to a smaller screen when I have this one. I have been wanting a large screen keyboard for so long. The keyboard does take some getting used to, and with the passport 2 I'm sure they will correct those things. -
I purchased elements 9 for iMac as a paid download 10/23/2015, recently I had to replace my computer's hard drive and lost elements. I had read that downloaded purchases would be available for 3 years but, when I click onto the serial number of that order it isn't active. By clicking onto the link it should take me to the site where I can re download the elements 9 but, it doesn't do anything. Unfortunately calling Adobe did not help, they will not address any elements questions over the phone, there's a recording directing all elements questions to this forum. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Diana

You've checked the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

If nothing shows on your iTunes purchase history (you don't have a Mac and have any purchases in the Mac App Store), and you only have the one account, then you should contact your card issuer.

I had the sam problem this weekend and I contacted my bank and Apple. My bank's response was professional and positive, but Apple's response was very very shoddy. I had to weave through automated menus and referrals to multiple apple web sites. This treatment continued for two days until I was finally forwarded to Maria. She took this seriously and helped as best she could.
Unfortunately I think Apple is taking a very cavalier approah to a potentially serious security breach. After loyally purchasing 3 I-Phone 4s, 3 I-Pod touches, 2 I-pods, 1 Nano, 3 Apple TVs, 2 macbook pros, 1 mac, and Ipad over the last 5 years apple is on the verge of losing my business. -

Have you tried deleting the app and redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the App Stor eapp on your device, and if it still doesn't work then you've tried contacting the developer of the app ? Alot of free apps offer in app purchases which has probably happened here, things for extra points scores etc etc are offered for prices which is how the app can afford to be free via the charge in other purchases within the game.
These are the sorts on in app purchases in littlest pet shop may have been one of these?
If you are 100% sure that no purchse was made get in touch with apple they should be able to tell you what was purchased and when then you can take it from there?

I upgraded my icloud storage and amount got deducted from my account but yet storage wasn't upgraded. What can i do?
How long did you wait for the systm to catch up to your request for more storage? it can take a little while, up to an hour sometimes I have heard.
If you don't see any more room after waiting a while, try resetting your phone to see if it appears then.

I dropped my iphone 4 pretty hard, it cracked (although it already had a few cracks in it) and now the screen is black but sometimes has a background light turn on and then off. Holding the home button and off button at the same time do not work. When I plug it in to charge or to the computer it vibrates every 10 seconds and itunes does not seem to recognize it. It gets really really hot when plugged in (which I don't think is normal). icloud does not recognize it under "find my iphone" either. What could the problem be? I am wondering if dropping it dislodged something inside. if so, what did I dislodge and is it possible to fix this myself?
ThanksSounds like that drop was a critical one, my friend. I would make an appointment at your nearest Apple Retail Store, because you're going to need a replacement. Also as a side note: the reason that the charger is making the phone vibrate over and over is because there is a disconnect somewhere in the charge port of the phone, causing it to plug in and out over and over.
