An update has reset this to the internal PDF viewer rather than sticking with the one you had before. This reader does not work on my machine. -

Thanks.The problem went away on its own. Not sure what was the problem but perhaps somehow the system was out sync internally due installing Lion 10.7.3/Snow Leopard 10.6.8/10.7/10.7.3 with iTunes 6 installing after the 10.7.3 and then needing to be installed again after the second 10.7.3 install from the updater model.
I kept accepting the error message and checking iTunes music file. No podcast downloads were actually rejected. -
iTunes is not letting me download certain songs from my phone or my computer. Keeps saying "Could not purchase "name of song." An unknown error occured (5002). For no apparent reason my phone stopped working...so I did a reset and got the message 'Restore Needed'. I connected to iTunes and got this message: 'iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on your iPhone before it can be used with iTunes'.
The problem is, I can't enter my passcode because I'm not given that option on the iPhone. All I seem to be able to do is make an emergency call.
It's been working fine otherwise. Any suggestions?
This is the SECOND replacement iPhone I've had this week and I'm getting a bit fed up.

If so reboot your iPhone and enter the passcode to get it operational. Launch Image Capture on the Mac and connect the iPhone. Now you should be able to download the video files to wherever you want on your hard drive.

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop

* Install the new version that you have downloaded

Hey everyone! So, here is my problem. I own an eMac. I enjoy burning my iTunes playlists to a CD. Well, all of a sudden, right after iTunes prepares the disc for burning an error message pops up and says this: The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (-3). Any suggestions on how to correct this problen so I can continue burning my playlists???

Then it shows as downloading failed.But if I click on it twice ,it opens up .

Yep, me to exactly the same problem, the error message keeps telling me to check my internet connection or try later. Nothing wrong with my internet connection. Is it an apple server problem?

Alexisi had this problem too, check security updates, itunes update to 10.5, disable firewall and antivirus but still the same problem. Seems there is no answer to it.

Your iPhone can take multiple calls. If you answer your phone from one person or call someone and another call comes into you, you will hear a beep and if you pull your phone away from your ear, you will see that you can hang up the call with the 1st person or answer the 2nd call and then swap between the two.
I have no idea what you mean by you calling someone who is already talking to someone. I've never been able to see on my iPhone that someone I'm calling is already talking to someone else. -
