TS1702 Why am I unable to in-app purchase more features on Jigsaw Puzzle app?

I purchased Jigsaw Puzzles months ago and have always been able to purchase more puzzles from the app.  Yesterday, when I try to purchase more, I received a message advised "In-app purchases are not allowed".  Why???  I have the latest software and I am able to purchased from other apps.

Settings>General>Restrictions>Allowed Content>In-App Purchases. Did you turn off in app purchases?

    I have extensively searched for and tried practically every money management app out there to replace it. I had major problems with PocketMoney & iOS 8, but subsequent updates to 8 have corrected that. I only experience a crash when switching accounts, which I have come to expect. I even bought a high-end version of Quicken only to abandon it, and its companion iOS app. Quicken does things its own way and you waste too much time trying to get data imported and usable the way you want it.
    I still use PocketMoney every day, but also use MoneyWiz by Silerwiz. I was a beta tester for their upcoming V2. There are still a lot of things that only PocketMoney has, like classes and posting future transactions in gray so you will see your cash flow (mine is set for 61 days out), and syncing between devices with images included.  However, the company behind MoneyWiz takes their product very seriously and I think it will be around for a long time. Eventually an iOS update will make PocketMoney unusable.  If you can get your data out of PocketMoney, MoneyWiz has instructions for importing the data and it comes over very well.
    I keep hoping a software company will see the value of PocketMoney, buy it and bring it back. My guess is that Catamount is technically owned by his estate, and would be of value to his family to sell.
    The best advice is to backup frequently with the iTunes desktop software. I trust a wired connection more than than WiFi.

    thanks. yes i am aware of the VoiceOver feature but it is NOT the solution to my problem. as you said, it is a solution to a different set of issues. i want the text to speech ability because i there are books i need to read but do not have the time to sit down and read them and have become used to listening to them read to me either by a professional human reader or with the text to speech software on the Kindle.
    I think Apple makes the best audio devices but i am really disappointed in this inexplainable shortcoming. if apple can give us siri they ought to be able to design a nice little button that i can push to turn on text to speech while i am in a document, book, magazine or webpage. clearly it is possible as apple has added the "reader" button in safari to have web pages dropped into the reader format.
    thanks for your suggestion though, it is what everyone suggests but it does not address the issue.

    I am developing an application which features 'in-app purchases'. But i heard that a live app should be there in app store for this feature , currently i dont have any live application in app store.Anybody have an idea that to get in -app purchase feature with absence of live app.Also instruct me to test for in-App purchase for my app.

    Okay, so I just updated to the newest iOS 6 version on my iPod. And now I can't be in an app for more than 5 minutes without the app closing and I can't get back into the app for at least 10 minutes. Somebody, anybody please help me! This is getting really annoying!!! Please please please!

    So I Update my game App Fish with Attitude and Fashion Design World, after the update finished I went back into the games
    But my progress was lost and do we're my in app purchases. I reported the problem to the app creator and all in app purchases are handled by itunes.
    So I then went into my account to try and report it but the teport a problem link sends me to the homepage. At this point I'm getting frustrated because I can't
    To find a proper answer or link that can help me and the other thing is that I don't want to lose my game progress and purchases. What do I Do?

  • In app purchases don't work on windows app

    Hi,
    I've just put my app online in the Windows Store. (Invader Magazine)
    Everything works great, exept one thing. My in app purchases don't work. I think i've done everything right.
    I followed exectly these steps:
    - Digital Publishing Suite Help | DPS publishing guide for Windows Store
    - In my Dev windows account I've made an in app purchase for each folio
    - I published my folio's wat the same product ID as V31 en set the status on public, retail.
    I have done all these steps, but my app is empty, I see no folio.
    I can only see the folio's when I publish them en set the status on public, free.
    Am I missing something?

    In-app purchases on Windows work differently than on iOS. You shouldn't be making in-app purchase entries for each folio in your Windows Store listing.
    See Digital Publishing Suite Help | DPS publishing guide for Windows Store for complete details on how in-app purchasing is different on Windows, and how to set it up correctly in the store. Once you have your consumable in-app purchase entry created for your store listing you'll need to request an updated custom viewer that incorporates that Windows Store product ID, then resubmit the app to Windows for approval.

    When i attempt to update an app, the popup says "sign-in required."  The options provided are Cancel or Continue. But when I select Continue, nothing happens. I am unable to update the apps.

    I would recommend closing all open applications in multitasking and power cycling the device.  If the issue persists try signing into the iTunes Store on the device through Settings > iTunes & App Store > click on the Apple ID > Sign In.  Make sure to attempt the updates after processing each steps.

    You can also try signing into the iTunes Store via iTunes on your computer.  Once you do this, follow any of the prompts it requests and then try processing the updates.

  • Retrieving/restoring in app purchases from magazine no longer in app store

    Hi
    I purchased three issues of a magazine that no longer exists in the app store.  I recently went to reread them and they are gone; I had downloaded them to my iPad.  I would like to learn how to get them back.  iTunes and PixelMags have not been helpful; the publisher has not written back.  I regularly backup my iPad and so perhaps the magazines are there somewhere? 
    Any ideas?  Thank you. 

    Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
