TS1702 Why can i no longer make in-app purchases from Megapolis?

After five days of using the Megapolis app, I am no longer able to make in-app purchases.  The message I get says "contact the ITunes Store Support to complete the transaction". How can I resolve this?

    Is your iPod configured to sync audiobooks?  To check, plug your iPod in and when it appears in iTunes locate it's audibooks tab and make sure it is set to them.

    Have restrictions been enabled?
    Is it possible that in app purchases have been restricted? Also is it possible that there could be restrictions in place regarding content? Could ratings be in place for the magazines?

    Thanks for the question. Have you recently moved or changed addresses on your Debit card? Sometimes if the iTunes Store does not have the up-to-date information like zip code, your payment may be declined:
    When there is a mismatch between the iTunes Store's records and your credit card company's records, you will receive an error message stating that your credit card's security code isn't valid or that your zip code does not match your bank's records.
    In most cases, this issue is caused by a formatting error in the billing address that you have provided. You can correct the issue by verifying that the information you have provided is correct, or by changing the format of your address to match the format that your credit card company has on file.

    You can only purchase from a particular country's App Store if you have a registered credit card in that country and if that credit card is tied to a physical address in that country. So unless you have a credit card in Spain registered to an address in Spain, you can't buy from their App Store.
    If you meet the criteria and you need to change the store that you are currently in....
    Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID
    Tap your ID
    Tap View Apple ID
    Enter your password
    Go to country/region in the popup window to change the store

    With my iPhone 4S I purchased the NAVIGON Europe App, downloaded needed files and maps within the App and all worked fine. But when I try to buy certain add-ons via In-App purchase I get a window telling me that it can'T connect to the iTunes store and that I have to contact iTunes store support.
    This is what I have already tried to make it work:
    Reset my iphone via iTunes (set it up as new iPhone)
    Changed itunes store payment option from Click&Buy to credit card
    restarted iPhone several times
    scratched my head
    checked restrictions under settings in iPhone: all is correct; in-App purchases allowed
    chewed my lip
    finally sent a message to the itunes store support.. waiting for their answer
    no changes so far. I still get the same error message.
    Any ideas?

    If you are in the US then you quite possibly have to add your state's sales tax onto the listed price.

  • Why can I no longer make accents by holding down the "e" key for example?

    I've had my Macbook pro for about 2 months now and I've never had an issue putting accents on letters. I would hold down the key and a small menu would pop up and I would click "1" per say and it would put the accent on the letter. All of a sudden it no longer pops up and it just puts multiple letters on the screen. How do I get that little menu back

    Some applications don't support that feature. If it's not working in TextEdit and others that do support it, see below.
    Back up all data.
    Please triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
    defaults delete -g ApplePressAndHoldEnabled
    Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
    Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
    Paste into the Terminal window by pressing the key combination command-V. I've tested these instructions only with the Safari web browser. If you use another browser, you may have to press the return key after pasting.
    Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign ($) to appear below what you entered. You can then quit Terminal. Log out and log back in. Test.

    It's highly unlikely that the users in this user to user technical support forum could offer any more insight as to why it's been removed.

        Thanks for trying to get that plan changed yourself, Zap13. We want to make managing your account easy. On that Change Plan page you described, there should be a tab at the top next to "Chose your plan options" that says "International & Global (Optional)". From there you should be able to make any international plan changes needed.
