TS1702 Why do a lot of my iOS devices' apps crash on launch.

My iPad has two gigs free, I update my apps regularly, and restart often. However, almost ever app, including iTunes crashes on launch. It's frustrating, and happened to me before on my iPod Touch. I want an iPhone but if I can get this issue solved, this iPad may be my last Apple device.

TS1702 Why ain't any of my reviews on apps being posted anymore?

Every time I post a review on any app anymore, it never gets posted, no matter if it's a good review with 5 stars or a bad one. I don't use vulgar or cursing in any review ethier. So why don't they get posted, and how do I fix this issue?

I assume you got the games for your iPod via the App Store. What you're trying to do is run an app developed for iOS and meant to run only on iOS. You'll be unable to run them on anything but compatible iOS devices.

"Cannot Connect to iTunes store " usually means your internet service provider doesn't allow itunes to load and they 've filtered it , try VPN and it'll surely works .

Ios 5 apps crashing

My iPad (original (64G, wifi) was running fine on ios 5 until a couple of days ago. Now multiple apps can not stay open for more than a few minutes without crashing (ie: GoodReader, Economist, Note Taker HD, System Status). I can just open them and wait for them to crash.
I have the app "System Status" and it shows the apps crashing because of low memory. I have:
1. done a reset mulitple times (hold the home and power keys until the apple logo appears) -- seems to make things a little better but still not usable.
2 I did a restore from backup with no change. I am trying to avoid doing a clean install.
3. I did "Reset All Settings" -- more time before crashing but still crashing
Strangely after restarting the iPad after a crash and looking at the CPU Usage, it has a high percentage of use even though the only thing running is System Status -- though maybe this is a reflection of System Status.
Here is a partial log from the iPad per System Status after doing a "Reset All Settings" and running "Note Taker HD" have having it crash on that several times and then running "System Status" and it crashing too:

Low memory
1. Double-click the Home button to close all Inactive Apps in Task Bar
2. Hold the Apps down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close App
4. Tap center of screen to return to Home Screen
5. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider

Updated IPAD 4 to IOS 7-APPs crashing

I update IPAD 4 to IOS 7. All Apps crash 3-4 a day. I have to close all apps, and restart IPAD. That works for hour or so, then do it over again. Anybody got any fixes?

When you are saying "restart IPAD", do you mean the following (what's is posted below? If not, give it a try.
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

IOS calender app crashes while looking at specific month.

Hi together, since yesterday my iOS calender app is crashing when i try to open the month of march 2013. I mean it does not crash like i am waiting endless times to load and nothing happens. It crashes really really hard, like it wants to say "**** you Year 2013 - and March in particular!" Now my question: Is there any way to destroy my ipad in a most efficient way? I don't want the little parts spilled all over the house. Thank you very much for your efforts.

thank you very much for your answer, i really appreciate it. But you tried to solve the iOS calender app problem, but i really don't want to solve this problem. I could now rant about how someone ***** up a calender app (every year) or that i don't want to do some ridiculous tasks to maintain a calender application, but that was not my intention. I really just wanna know if there is an efficient way to destroy the ipad. So please don't take this as an offense and i hope your answer helps anyone who wants to solve the problem. I am sure it does.

I'm playing Book of Heroes and you can buy additional shields in the game. I did it three times and there was no problem. I want to buy some more and now I can't. iTunes tells me that I have to contact support to complete this transaction and there was an error in completing the transaction. I should try again later. TS1702 Why is it that I cannot get passbook apps to load into passbook

I open passbook and it shows all of the card options. It also shows App Store at the bottom. By changing the time of day I finally got it to go to the App Store without an error message but now I download and open the apps and they still don't load into passbook. Anybody have any thoughts.

Unfortunately Target has not yet been updated to include Passbook integration. Once they do (and the App is linked to Passbook) I imagine that is when you will see the Loyalty cards show up or any coupons etc appearing in there.

That means only these 7 apps currently are working with Passbook integration. Within the Live Nation App, in the settings or account, there should be an option to link with Passbook. If you don't see it, either you haven't updated it yet, or you have no tickets purchased for upcoming events that would show up in there.

AIR for iOS app crashes on launch - only on iPad1

Been working on an iPad book app in FlashBuilder 4.6. Early on there were some performance issues with iPad1/3 until learning about GPU rendermode and setting the StageQuality to low. These helped immensely.
However, recently the app starting crashing on startup - only on iPad1. For example page 1 of the app which had worked weeks ago would now crash. After more research, it seemed that the static references to all the page classes that were put in the ViewController were the issue. They seemed to be overwhelming the memory. When I put only a static reference to page1 in the VC it worked. And then in page 1 were static references to page 2 or 3. Or whatever pages it might link to. Now, after reworking the 70 other pages to only static reference the pages they need, it is crashing again.
My question is this, if I have page 1 with a static reference to page 2 and 3. And each of those have references...all down the line to say page 70, are all those in essence getting loaded into memory at startup?
The bigger question is how best to manage the memory of an AIR app that will have ~ 120+ "pages" or views in MVC parlance? Ideally, I only want the dynamically created view in memory but don't think it's working.
After doing some research was thinking about loading/unloading swfs that have references to needed classes via ApplicationDomain.
One interesting thing noticed is this. When launching the app in the debugger, it traces out terminated and the app quits. However, when double clicking the iPad home button, it shows the app still running. Not sure why that is?

It happens when the actual game is being played. I'm using AIR 3.2 SDK in flash pro cs6, I started this project before 3.3 was officially released, tested this on an iPad 1 with iOS 5.1.1.
I used hi res stats to monitor memory usage and the app consumes less than 8MB of memory.

Third-party apps crash on launch: iPad 1 iOS 4.3.5

I just started experiencing this problem today. I was at meeting taking notes using Evernote, and put my iPad 1 to sleep. An hour later, I tried retrieving my notes, and the app would being to open, but then suddenly closed. It continue to do this, even after I reset the iPad three times. I tried other third-party apps like Skype and Yelp and they also crashed on opening. The Apple apps work fine, like Safari, that's how I'm writing this note.
Other than resetting the iPad to factory settings, what else can I do?

Try downloading any free app from the store (as that seems to reset something) and then re-try your apps - the free app can then be deleted

You can also just go to the App pane for the device in iTunes and only check the apps you want on each device.
Also, go to Settings>Store and turn off Automatic downloads
