Why does ibooks crash everytime there is an update? I am so sick to death of having to stuff around and do all the trouble shooting rubbish to try and get ibooks working again, everytime there is an up date. I have wiped restored re synced changed usb leads turned my computer off unplugged and replugged every bloody thing about a dozen times and still after a week, instead of reading my books I have a very expensive paperweight. What is the problem and why does this keep happening with every new update. I am so frustrated and annoyed that I can't just read my book, it is why I bought the **** thing. Anybody got any other ideas before I go insane?

Problems that accure with bad traffic are like this. Start a dedicated server. minimize than start your game?":censored: no sound what could be wrong"? Shoot another problem Connection problem?. The computer nerd is getting trouble over the ordeal. ANSWER! IRQ can fix the problem, Study the irq and make changes as you go. "what would it be like with no stop signs,,,that is the same as a irq. with the same knowldge this topic brings IRQ need to be clearly understood.

The delta is a smooth running board also I want to mention to the person with crackling sounds, change the irq like I did, that fix the problem and the power is totaly too good to be true.

We don't know. Apple rarely if ever announces when updates will be available in advance.

I just recently purchased a new computer. I'm trying to download CS6 Master Collection. I have tried all of the trouble shooting options given on the website. I5 still using ios6 as of last night the phone will not connect to my Internet, in settings it says connected with the check mark however there is no wifi icon at the top of phone, have done everything possible to resolve... My ipod touch is not showing in itunes therefore, not syncing. I've gone through the trouble shooting steps about 5 times.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
Next try on another computer to help determine if you have an iPod or computer problem. -
now i am really frustrated with it. Every single update has robbed me of battery power which began with about 8-10 hours of usage and now I am lucky if I get 2 hours. It isn't the battery. It has something to do with the updates to the OS. It was fine until the first one and it has only gotten worse each time. I have had three email accounts on here since they started with the message app and now it has gone crazy. It gives me a server error message each time. I put in the same settings for it as the ones on my laptop to no avail. I am ready to scream. I have worked for days trying to get this email account back on my BB playbook, NOT! And also I want another reader on here. Kobo is great, but I would love to have another option as well. I tried to put some pdf books on it a few days ago and they wouldn't show up when I put them on. Some did and some didn't. I am so frustrated with playbook. I have loved it till the last 2 weeks. Now, I am extremely frustrated to say the least. Well I have been upset about the battery thing almost from the get go. Can anyone help with the email thing. My email is a bellsouth account. I have 2 yahoo accounts on it and they seem to be fine, but afraid to take them off and re-put them all back on lest they should do the same thing.
There is nothing wrong with the OS update.
Delete ALL your email accounts.
Restart Playbook
Put the accounts back and ensure they are all set with PUSH ON. Manual (push off) will burn battery.
Similarly delete your wifi connections and add back when required.
Turn off wifi is not connected to wifi.
Any "hunting for connection" in email or wifi will burn up battery. -
I plug my iphone 3gs into my laptop and it no longer syncs with my iTunes. I've tried all the trouble shooting methods and nothing works. My iPhone doesn't appear on iTunes or under "My Computer." Does anyone know how to fix this?
If AMDS is running, you are using a USB port directly on the computer and not a hub, you have disconnected other USB devices except keyboard and mouse, you have completely uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes as described in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925, You have tried cleaning the connector on the bottom of the phone, you have tried a different cable, you have installed the latest USB drivers for your computer, you have disabled your antivirus and firewall, you are running as an Administrator account and you have tried creating a new user on your computer and connected when logged in as that user then you have exhausted my knowledge. The only other thing to try is a different computer. If it isn't recognized on a different computer you have a hardware problem. Good luck!

I am trying to download songs onto my PC it gets to about 85% downloaded and then freezes I have to turn off and restart but then I have been charged for the item but it is not available in my downloads can anyone help?

Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer. -

Ok Cannot get Adobe Flash to install on 5 different computers ( Dell PC, 64 Bit operating on Windows 7, [email protected]) / 3 different browsers.( i.e9, FIrefox, Chrome) It gets to 7% then jumps to 47% and says finish. I have rebooted. Used the uninstaller. Managed Add- ons. replaced tht shock-player and done LITERALLY every step in troubleshooting AND in the forum... I know by now it is not only me and I have never had this problem before til version 11.3... Can anyone actually help me?? Or recommend another flash player? I have actual business that I cannot attend to because the product is not working as stated. I have literally installed this on over 50 computers and never ever had even a hiccup. Please some one help... ( and iYES I have shut down my browser in between dls. un installs etc.... I HAVE followed the directions you have given... Been at it for almost 6 hours)

Just downloaded OS 10.9. hoped it would fix bugs from the last version. now I can't use my Epson perfection 4870 scanner. Cehcked with Epson. They say the software is an Apple update. checked with Apple-No Go.
For now my Scanner just won't work. I'm surprised Apple would introduce new OS material -free- which compromises a good vendor like Epson.nope, Barney.
My issue is a large amount of money spent over many years on computers for my company, myself, wife and sons. Got an investment here
The company I favor, Apple sent me a message that they have a wonderful new Maverick operating system.
I send documents back and forth to friends and people to do business. Hoped maverick would fix the bugs from Leopard.
With Maverick system, my main document sender, Epson perfection 4870 and its software doesn't work anymore, or so it seems to me.
Checked with Apple, very apologetic, they can't help, maybe it will be fixed in a couple of days...
Epson, referred me to Apple...
I still ccouldn't send documents.

So, lot of money over the years. Plenty of smart, well compensated folks writin code at both companies. I can't keep up with tit all, they don't keep up with each other.

I certainly don't understand all the ins and outs of a zillion dollar computer behemoth business model. Do know this though, If I ran my business like this customers would go somewhere else and some would probably sue me.

I have had itunes for a couple of years and now all of the sudden I don't. I have submitted several attempts to try and get it back on my Windows XP and no luck. I have purchased a dang Pc 3212 help that just cost me 35$ and that didn't work and I've rebooted, system restore and none of it is working. I'm to mad right now and i just want the darn thing fixed and I am getting so frustrated, this is one thing that I look forward to getting new music and now I have a 25$ Itunes card that I can't even use and why I don't know what else to do. If your library was working on your computer and then popped up empty all of a sudden then this might be what you need...
Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

H470 resume light on and all other lights off. Did everything listed in trouble shooting.
I need help fixing this. Checked and performed everything described on the HP trouble shooting page for the H470. Nothing worked. Printer does normal startup check and then resume light flashes and all other lights are off.

View Solution.This light pattern indicates that there is a paper jam or a paper motor stall.
Turn off the printer and then:
1. Clear the paper jam
2. Remove loose paper from the tray
3. Open the front cover and remove any paper jam (look for small pieces as well)
4. Make sure the carriage moves freely (where you put the ink cartridges in)
5. Turn the printer back on and attempt to print a self test page (Press and hold the power button and press the resume button four times)
6. With the printer on, unplug the power cord, wait 15 seconds and plug back in and turn on
7. Attempt another self test page.
