You may need to contact iTunes store. Contacting the iTunes Store can be done by going to - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/. At the bottom left, you will see a "contact support" link. Just select it, then select "iTunes Store", and follow the on screen instructions. The final screen will give you an option to "email, chat or call" them. You may see one, two or all these options, however it changes depending on what they have available at the time of contact. -
On my I Pad I am getting a message tha says "Your Apple ID has been disabled". Nothing else. I have not tried to log in so I don't know why this is happening. How do I get it enabled?

It says your Apple ID has been disabled because your Apple ID has been disabled. This is usually because Apple's iTunes store thinks that your account has been compromised. You need to contactiTunes store support.

All of my devices are saying my Apple ID has been disabled, whenever I try to update or download, and its really irritating because I didnt report anything, I didnt enter my password wrong, and the I only download the free apps. Why is this happening? What do i do? I already emailed support but that culd take up to 24 hours.

If you rest it on your computer's iTunes then try logging out of your account on the iPod by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

I think it was after I bought Itouch nano that my apple pg does not really work.

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

I ended up having them call me then was able to give them 1 of my secret questions right and they reset things so I could reset all my secret questions.
Try going into contact support and see if you can schedule a call. There seems to be some issues with peoples' id's and this update. iTunes thought that I'd never bought anything from my computer or device before, and I clearly had, so it's like it got confused. THen I tried to get my questions reset, but the mail never came, which is why I just got a phone call because I felt it was 'real person' time. -

I have contacted Apple 3 times and they told me to change my password each time and i told them i tried that, but it didn't work.They said they would try to fix it and they never contacted me after that. What did itunes support tell you?
If you did everything it says then you contacted them.

Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.
