I click on the store and it just continues to try and connect? What is wrong?

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

You've tried logging out of your account by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and logging back in, and/or tried a soft-reset of the phone ?

Can not open Itunes store

I can not open the store to purchase music. I have the updated I tunes and it still will not work. The firewall is disabled. I can not even get it to open my account. The loading bar starts out good and then just stops halfway. It does this for music search too.
This is crazy. I have cash in the account to buy music and can't even get to it. I ran the diagnostics and it came up clean.

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I try to update mt Itunes to 11.1.5 and it stops and i can not open itunes store without itunes crashing.

I can not update ITunes to 11.1.5 becasue it stops when it's almost done. Then I can not open the store and Itunes crashes and it tells me to update and ITunes closes. I'm nt very happy.

Errors occurred while installing the update. If the probalem persists choose Tools > Download Only and try installing manually.
With that one, first try updating using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website:

With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder.
Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in there also.
Restart the programme all should be well
In case that your OS is (64 bit)
1. Open windows explorer, go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
2. Copy file "SQLite3.dll"
3. Now paste it in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
4. Restart the programme, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

Upgraded iTunes but now I can not open iTunes Store

I have a Mac OS X 10.5.5 and I upgraded my iTunes but now it is telling me that the iTunes Store requires that I have Safari 4.0.3 or better. However, when I try and update that my macbook gets about 1/10 of the way through that download and stops, it will be stuck trying to "configure the download" for hours and nothing happens. What should I do?

Just think of the third problem. Lanny here are the startup key sequences on wired keyboards to know for future reference:
SHIFT - safe boot.
command-S single user mode to run fsck
command-R to run a recovery boot.
command-option-P-R to reset the PRAM on Macs younger than 4 years, or whose PRAM battery is younger.
command-option-O-F to boot into open firmware.
D key to boot hardware test on an Intel Mac - for pre-July 20, 2011 Macs, this means having the original installer discs.
Option key - Startup Manager.
Option = Alt key on Windows keyboards.
Command key may be Windows key on Windows keyboards, or cloverleaf or Apple logo key on Apple keyboards.

Let's try to get an idea of what might be going on with some preliminary questions from b noir's "smack" for iTunes launch failures:
Is there an error message associated with the launch failure?
If so, what does it say and what (if any) error numbers are there?
If there's not an error mesage, let's check your QuickTime (its well-being is a prerequisite to a functioning iTunes).
Go to the XP Start menu > All Programs and try running QuickTime.
Does it start?
If not, then the same question as for iTunes - is there an error message?
If so, what does it say and what (if any) error numbers are there?
Do you notice any other peculiar behavior with QuickTime?

Im having a problem when in App Store and trying to download a game i keep getting error message saying "Can Not Connect to iTunes Store" since last night. Spent hours on the phone this afternoon with Tech Support since only 3 days old my iPad3, only to have him have me doing a restore after backing everything up...once off the phone i noticed the Restore wouldnt even work on my PC, saying an unknown error has occured. I am dreading having to call back and spend the next few hours on the phone with them on a brand new product. If still having problems going back to Apple Store in the local mall where hubby bought it for my bday present 5 days ago and will be demanding a brand new one... why should i have to restore a brand new product that was barely used during the past 3 days to factory settings..to me it is a product defect and want a new one since its brand new!! just thought id let you know what Apple Tech Support was having me do with basically same message. Can not open app store on macbook pro/imac after installing Mavericks

I have just installed Mavericks on both a Macbook Pro and an iMac. I use the same Appleid on both.
But now I can not open App Store
I have tried clicking on the App Store symbol in the dock, starting it from the program folder in a Finder window, and starting it from the Apple menu. The result is the same: Nothing happens except that the menubar that was active before the attempt becomes inactive (dark). There is no App Store Window, and no App Store menubar.
I have one idea why this happens. I removed the "OS X Mavericks" from the list of downloads/purchases in App Store by misstake before I installed Mavericks. If that is the problem how can I solve it?

Ok, now it works again. I got a Notice that I could update some applications and I answered that I wanted to do that. Then, when I tried to start App Store the menubar showed up but no window. I choosed "Windows - Minimize", exited App Stored and started it again. And now it works - on both computers!
