iTunes64Setup.exe, even after multiple times of uninstalling and reinstalling with even a fresh download crashes with the message:
"iTunes has stopped working. A problem [unspecified] caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you IF a solution is available." I cannot get out of this loop and it renders my iPad HD useless. I tried calling the Apple Store but was referred by an automated system to this web site. I tried looking up the problem in the FAQ but it didn't help.

I want to download and install adobe flash player. When I do so one of 2 things occur. A dialog box appears but it has no run option but a save file or cancel option. The other is if the proper dialog box appears, I agree and the a different box appears and there is foxfire with a red circle with a diagonal line across is appears.I find the easiest way to install Adobe Flash is to use the manual installers. That link states you should uninstall earlier versions, as you don't have the version of Flash used by Firefox you can skip that step. -

If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 5.
1. If you're only having trouble with YouTube videos, sign in to your YouTube account and load this page. You may see a link with the text "Leave the HTML5 Trial." If so, click that link.
2. If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, then from the menu bar select

and click Check Now. Quit and relaunch your browser.

from the Safari menu bar. If any extensions are installed, disable them.
7. In the Safari preference window, select
Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
Close the window. Then select
▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
and click Delete All. Close the preference pane.

SInce I downloaded 6.1.3 to my Iphone 5, I cannot pair my Iphone 5 via bluetooth. I've tried everything: reset network; reset Iphone etc....HELP!!!!! There must be an issue with 6.1.3.
msgrwmbSo you cleared all pairings from your head unit and retstarted the car, you Reset the network settings on the car, then you tried to pair them? Does either one see the other after you do this?

MESSAGE - itunes has stopped working correctly
Hi,
I have recently transferred to a new PC and installed itunes 10.5.
When opening itunes i receive the error message:
"itunes has stopped working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Needless to say no solution is received.
A suggestion in another post on this subject in the Apple Support Communities thought this was related to itunes trying to access the itunes store and failing. Following this solution (which worked for the person who had the problem with his iphone) I:
disconnected from the internet
opened itunes
syncd my ipod touch
enabled the internet
closed itunes and re-opened it.
When NOT connected to the interent all was well and I synd my ipod touch. However on re-connecting to the interent I received the same error massage. This suggests that the problem is something to do with the program trying to access the internet.
Has anyone any suggestions as to how I can solve this problem? It may not be relevant but I use AVG Internet Sucurity 2012.

I cannot open my firefox broswer. The message box appeared that said a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Under that there are debug and close program buttons.
JackieMars71 I would recommend reviewing your installation log files to determine if there are any errors during the installation process. You can find information on how to locate and interpret your installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html. You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.

Whenever I connect to the iTunes store i receive an error message "iTunes has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." This causes iTunes to close. I am using iTunes version 10.5.0.142 on a Windows Vista (64) PC. I had this exact same problem. I found this fix and it worked for me.
Step 1:
Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support and copy the filen named QTMovieWin.dll.
Step 2:
Browse and past that file into C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes.
Hope this helps you. I wish I could remember where I saw this originally so I could thank them.

How do I get iTunes to work again?
Whentrying to uninstall iTunes (the first program that must be uninstalled per the instructions) I get a message: A network error occurred while attempting to read file: C:\Windows|Installer|iTunes.msi. I can't even uninstall iTunes?
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page).

Here's a screenshot showing the particular links on the page that you should be clicking:
After clicking one of the circled links, you should be taken to another page, and after a few seconds you should see a download dialog appear for the msicuu2.exe file. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like for me in Firefox:
Choose to Save the file. If the dialog box does not appear for you, click the link on the page that says "CLICK HERE IF IT DOES NOT". Here's a screenshot of the page with the relevant link circled:
When the dialog appears, choose to save the file.
(2) Go to the Downloads area for your Web browser. Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?
